Absolutely loved going to this particular CVS location! I recently moved to the south side Birmingham area and was apprehensive about moving my prescriptions over, however, it ended up being a wonderful experience and both the pharmacist and the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I greatly appreciate the customer service and making me feel like I'm an actual person.

I have read all the reviews and had to defend all of the workers at this 11th Avenue CVS.Every department is wonderful. I have a lot of prescriptions that need filling in my household. The pharmacy department is outstanding. Natasha is friendly, competent and goes the extra mile to make sure that my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. I choose to go to this CVS because of how I am treated.I do feel that we must understand that this pandemic has caused a delay of some medicines. We need to be cognizant that some issues are out of their hands.Do you realize how much they have to do? In addition to their usual routines, they have been confronted with additional responsibilities,including giving COVID shots as well...
Understanding goes a long way and Thank you to them can encourage them during these trying and demanding times.

I haven't actually used it to buy medications, but every day stuff and it has been great. You can find anything from food to cleaning stuff, snacks and even makeup. Love it

Not normally in these parts but was sent from out of town to UAB Children's Hospital with my son, left my medication at home but thanks to this staff they were able to get ahold of my hometown pharmacy and get me the medication I needed. Thank you for such anawesome service!!!
