I have had dental work done at West Main Dental for many, many years. Dr. Lee, the assistants and the office staff are amazing. Very professional, caring smiles and great prices. The dental care that I receive each time is phenomenal. I used to dislike going to the dentist but at this facility, I feel welcomed and when they are working on my teeth I have no complaints. Friends before and still friends after! What a great team. Thanks so much West Main Dental.

I've had 3 visits and all have been good. The staff and dentist are all friendly, professional and efficient. I especially appreciate that Dr. does not push unnecessary procedures for monetary gain. I had that experience at another office in Champaign that prompted me to try West Main Dental, and I'm happy I did. I didn't disclose my reasons for leaving the other office either, which speaks to his character.

As a new patient, I was a little nervous due to bad experiences at other dental offices. The hygienists here have been so pleasant and thorough when explaining procedures.
Yesterday I had 4 molars removed by Dr. Lee. He did an amazing job!!!! Little to no pain. Only mild discomfort. He was quick and efficient.
Keep up the great work and looking forward to my next visit.

I had been using a corporate dental place and really just felt like an insurance number to them, they didn't listen to me, they just wanted what they could get out of my insurance without consideration of what me or my teeth actually wanted/needed.
West Main Dental has been so nice, so considerate, so understanding.
Starting with the receptionist who is just a wonderful customer service person, to the hygienist who understood my tori and made x-rays much easier, and then the dentist who was nice and not demanding or disapproving.
This is a wonderful practice that I will suggest to everyone.

West Main has treated me well for a number of visits. They have experienced and understanding staff and do a great job with someone who has a level of apprehension with visiting the dentist. They do a great job to make sure the visit is comfortable even if you are getting a root canal!

I hate going to the dentist but this is hands down the best place to go in town, cheapest and the best service. The staff is really friendly and great at their jobs. I always recommend this location to my friends.

I had my teeth cleaning done by Ms. Ashtan a number of times. I am very satisfied with her service. She is very professional, courteous and takes time to meticulously clean my teeth without causing any pain or discomfort.

The team is excellent. They are nice, patient, and professional. I just finished the whole process of changing a new tooth crown. I thought it would hurt due to my previous dental experiences, but I am glad that I was wrong. It went smoothly.

Dr. Lee and his team are absolutely wonderful. I only saw him for a few months following a dental emergency but his office was able to work with my schedule, fix my problems, and were nothing but kind the entire time. Dr. Lee listened to all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I didn't know you could enjoy having a root canal done, but honestly it was nothing but a positive experience. But don't just take my word for it. I have now moved out of state and explained what work I had done with Dr. Lee to my new dentist and when he saw my crown placement he said "beautiful work, very well done!"

I am so impressed with Dr Lee and his team. My usual dentist was out of town, I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me right in. The care was excellent and they were very upfront about costs befire committing to any specific treatment. Cost was very fair. They were attentive and listened. I am SO thankful for them squeezing me in. Would highly recommend!

The folks at West Main Dental are great. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my chipped tooth in just a few minutes.

At West Main I always feel welcome and genuinely supported by the entire staff. They don't make you wait, they care about how much various treatments cost you and try to help or at least give you advance warning. Honestly, I think their prices are very fair, and I don't have insurance. The quality of care is the best I have received from any dentist office, ever. This is a solid, competent, kind, friendly, educated, responsible crew. I have recommended West Main to all my friends and family, without hesitation. Very friendly and sensitive to your concerns. They don’t try to sell you expensive dental work that you don’t need, and if urgent attention is needed, even though they are extremely busy, they will try to squeeze you in.

Great visit. Staff is very kind and the dentist was very honest about the hairline crack in an old crown.

I had the best dental experience here! I have severe dental anxiety due to some traumatic experiences I had as a child. I was very nervous about getting treatment done. Once I was there, everyone was so kind and friendly they helped me ease my anxiety. Dr. Lee did my fillings painlessly! He has such a calming presence and he was very gentle and patient with me throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Lee and his team!

The staff is very kind, the hygienist is gentle, and the dentist is very thorough and has good bedside manner.

Excellent everything! They made an opening for both of my kids to have dental exams at the same time, which was not possible at booking because of other appointments. They called me and updated me with the new time slots. Then when we were there they made a way for both kids to have cleanings , which was also not an option at the beginning because of time. The Doctor cleaned my sons teeth. He took his time to do it! They made it possible for me to save time and a trip into town and etc.
