Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB

My stay was amazing. Rooms were so nice and clean. The food was amazing. I stay a few times a month with work and always enjoy it. Kandice the shuttle driver is amazing and so sweet. Had me laughing the whole shuttle ride to the airport. Give her a raise!

Our van driver, Rodney, was awesome. He was safe, on time, and super friendly. Rodney made sure to give good recommendations for food as well.

The front desk staff were very polite too. The rooms are clean! 10/10 recommend.

My weekend stay has been perfect. Did not realize the hotel was less than two miles from my event, that was a plus. I was picked up from the airport Friday evening by Shaun. He answered many of my questions about the hotel as well as food choices.

Upon arrival at the hotel, Tawanna (hope I got that right), checked me in and gave me a Hilton Honors bag with two bottles of water. My room was clean and everything worked. I used the air and heat while here. I had no problems with the Internet. Forgot my toothpaste. Went back to the front desk and obtained a tube.

The food and service at the Lab Bar and Kitchen was excellent. I opt out of daily room cleaning on short trips so I stopped by the front desk to reserve the shuttle back to the airport for Sunday and asked for coffee, cups, and creamer. All was sent to my room.

Yes, I will stay here again.

Stayed one night and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel van driver, Rodney, was super friendly and recommended a good Taco place nearby. The front desk staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. There are multiple restaurants a short walk away.

I enjoyed my trip. I also want to say thank you kandice for being so nice and professional. You were very helpful. I love her smile and her attitude. She was very polite and safe when driving us. Definitely looking forward to seeing my shuttle driver again. She's the best.

The motel was clean The staff very friendly. My shuttle driver Kandice was great, picked me up from airport and then back to airport got me to and fro with absolute safety and sincerity.

Enjoyed my stay in my first time in Birmingham. I wanted to visit a few places downtown & our driver Rodney told us all about the best places to visit so we could have fun. He was very helpful & nice, also very patient with us, especially because we didn’t know much about the area. I would request him as our shuttle driver because we was fantastic

Really enjoyed my drive to the hotel. Ran into an issue with my car and the man driving, Rodney got to the bottom of it. I was out of town, I had my newborn with me, and it was a very stressful situation that got resolved simply because he noticed an error had occurred! I’ll be staying again and recommending to all my friends!

Candice was amazing!!! She took us from the hotel to where we needed to be without hesitation and a smile on her face!

I traveled to Birmingham on company business. Our company uses this hotel alot. Our VAN driver RODNEY was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the city. He was so incredibly nice and kind. I love his spirit. He was so helpful. I wish all hotel van drivers were like him. Each and every time I come to Birmingham and we stay at this hotel I will always ask for Rodney. If you want someone u can trust ask for Rodney the van driver. He will take care if you. Thanks Rodney 😊 for everything you do.

Service is always top notch. We travel to this location several times a month (almost weekly) and have never had a bad experience. Dexter Agee is always there to help us no matter the time or day. I would highly recommend this location and working with Dexter for your next personal or business stay in Birmingham.

Very clean. They give you 2 options for pillows (Firm or Soft). They have full bottles of really nice shampoo, Conditioner, body wash and lotion. The king size bed room option we stayed in was spacious and easily accessible to move around in if you are using crutches or a walker. The process to check in and out was very easy. The cafe is nice and clean. We did not go to the bar/restaurant but it looked very nice. There is a pool as well that was open.

My experience was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. My shuttle driver Kandice was the sweetest. She the best. There was construction work going on but besides that I enjoyed my stay.

I just want to say that my shuttle driver Kandice made my day. She's so beautiful inside and out. She was very professional. She took us to dinner and the experience was awesome. She made us feel like we've been knowing her for years. I can't wait to stay here again and especially looking for my shuttle driver the sweet beautiful Kandice. Thank you Kandice.

Rodney was so helpful to me and my wife while picking us up from the airport. He gave us great suggestions on where to eat around downtown Birmingham. He knew where the local pharmacy was and even helped me carry my items in the hotel. He is a hall of fame employee! Shoutout Rodney!

Always clean when coming to this hotel. The shuttle is always promptly waiting on us. The shuttle driver Shaud is very nice and always giving great recommendations for the Bham area. He is respectful and very helpful. Love how clean the rooms are here and they feel very spacious.

Wonderful stay for work and our driver Rodney started it off with his kindness. Nice time in the bar area and our server Rosh was the best. We’ll be back!
