Bought a 2015 Range Rover from Ethan 2 weeks ago, he was completely honest with the history of the vehicle, the dealer charges, and everything about their vehicles (they had 4 Range Rovers at the time of purchase) and I test drove all of them. Ethan was honest, professional and extremely polite. The sale transaction was flawless and we're very happy with the purchase. I'd definitely go back to this dealer for my next vehicle.

Our car broke down at the traffic light right next to here and out of nowhere comes a guy to help us, like an angel in disguise! He helped us clean the corroded battery terminals and provided a bolt to hold the connector together so the car could start again. His name is Ethan and he was about to close up shop when he saw we needed help. He even let us inside to use their restroom. What an act of kindness that I would like to repay with this positive review! If Ethan is this nice with total strangers, I’m sure he would be great to do business with!

we've only had our car a few days but I have to say the buying experience was amazing!!!! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable. I was looking for a particular car (Jaguar XK8 convertible) and saw ad online. I am 2 states away so a long distance transaction required. Ethan was very helpful getting me the info I needed to make a purchase. Even brought the car to a local shop of my choice to do a pre-purchase inspection. I flew in to complete the deal, was picked up at the airport and on my way home in no time. Beautiful car, looks and performs great. Outstanding service.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I have purchased many cars in the past and This is the best hands down. Ethan and TK are the best guys in car business.
I went to look at a G wagon, but left with a Bentley. I seen the Bentley by mistake as Ethan was getting the keys to the G wagon, and I fell in love.
I purchased the car without test driving it. I had the car for a week and the radio had no base and a few other thing I called and told them, they told me to drop it off to them on Monday. I told them I couldn’t because I had to work, they said no worries how about Saturday and we will get it to the shop for you on Monday. So they did. They call and gave me updates about every 2 days. Ethan and TK was with me from stat to finish. They are the best. I will be definitely doing business with them in the future.

I waited 3 months to post this review just to be sure all paned out as good as I felt the days I had my experiences. I still feel very much so the same!!! I flew in to Birmingham to see a car they had on their lot for purchase. I had never purchased a high-end sports performance vehicle - and from a “used car dealer” to boot. So, naturally, I had high suspicions. They were far from my suspicions and fully shocked me to the point to where I share this story often. It was probably one of their cheapest cars on their lot yet I felt as if I was buying a $500K car with how they treated me.

From my initial phone call to them, to text messages to follow, my lot visit and test drive, my mechanic communications with them during inspection, my actual purchase of the vehicle, the title switching after followed by shipping of the car on a truck - all first rate.

They truly have a passion and care for what they do and I for sure will be referring people to them as well as myself be a return client.

I have never been treated so kindly and courteously as when shopping at Ultra Motor Cars by Christian, the sweetest sales manager ever. Though this company obviously is very high-end with premium, luxury vehicles I needed to get a car (I am from Bham but live in New York) while I am down here at my best friend's side at Brookwood Hospital. Christian has both a wealth of knowledge and the world's sweetest disposition. I had a tiny issue with tag light and he made sure that everything was expedited, never complaining that I had probably bought the cheapest car on the lot. I had to speak with him several times as I was stuck at the hospital and each time he acted as though I was the most important customer he had ever encountered. What a pleasure!

The best car buying experience to date! I purchased a beautiful Porsche Cayman at a great price. I was treated like family through the whole experience. I flew in from Tulsa and Ethan was gracious enough to pick me up from the airport in an amazing 2020 Audi R8! I unfortunately lost my AirPods at some point in the trip. Ethan sent me a brand new pair in the mail with a note thanking me for my business without me asking or even hinting at it! These are some great guys that I will definitely do business with in the future. Thanks for the beautiful car and experience guys!

I recently purchased a Cayenne from them sight unseen as I am out of town. The car came in as described. The team has been responsive, friendly and helpful during and after the purchase.

Unfortunately when the vehicle showed up a mechanical issue manifested itself very quickly, which we all know is one of the fears of buying sight unseen like I did. However, the guys at Ultra stepped up and worked with me to make things right!

Not everyone is willing to do something like that and I am humbled and appreciative beyond words. .

The best car buying experience ever. Walked in just to look at a Tesla Model 3 and didn’t leave until I had put money down to hold the car. TJ took a lot of time with me and showed me all the features of the car with no pressure. Ethan has been great teaching me about all the little quirks involved with an EV and getting me through a couple of bumps dealing with financing. I hope this is the last car I ever buy, but if not, I will definitely be back at Ultra Motorcars.

I searched and searched for the ultimate Rolls Royce I could afford. I found it at Ultra Motor cars! From day one TK was honest and upfront with me on the quality and condition of the vehicle.
