My family has used this place for years and they never disappoint. Great owners and employees that are honest and hardworking. I never feel like they are charging more than what the work is worth and they do a great job. A little slow returning calls, but they seem to always be busy. Don’t let that deter you. I recommend them to all of my friends.

I drive a Volvo, and they know Volvo’s well. While KW is not the only good Volvo shop in Birmingham, they are as good as any out there. They are personal, helpful, and more often than not are a bit less costly. And they’ve kept me going for 327,000 miles niw!

Dealership told me one thing wanted a ton of money to fix. Got a second opinion from Warren. The job did not even need to be done. May have been damaged by the dealership. K&W IS VERY HONEST AND A QUALITY PLACE!
