Love Dr Beckenstein and his staff! He & his staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease while discussing my upcoming surgery after my cancer diagnosis. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Several close friends of mine used Dr B for breast reduction surgery and I am so glad I did too. He readily works with your insurance carrier and is completely and equally concerned with both the aesthetics and life quality reduction surgery can bring someone. He is a lovely man and talented surgeon and his staff makes a weird, uncomfortable experience easy and do-able. I’m thrilled with my surgical outcome, it was covered by insurance with no problems or surprises, my care at St Vincent’s was fantastic, and my recovery was so easy and fast. I saw Dr Beckenstein for a breast reduction and abdominoplasty after losing about 70lbs. I was excited to have lost the weight but not at all happy with my appearance. He made me feel very comfortable. His staff were very sweet and easy to get in touch with, answering any questions I had. The surgery experience was great with excellent care over night. It was most definitely worth the first few weeks of pain in the end. A year later I don’t even recognize the person I see in the before pictures and will forever be grateful for his skilled surgical hands and my new body! Dr Beckenstein is the best!

I had a mastopexy without augmentation with Dr Beckenstein. Throughout the time of my initial consultation to my four week postop visit, I have been extremely pleased with all of my interactions with Dr. Beckenstein and his staff. At no time was I ever uncomfortable. I explained to Dr. B how I would want my breasts to look. In the exam room, he showed me what he thought he would be able to accomplish and gave me realistic expectations. I am four weeks postop I feel like he gave me exactly what I was expecting -- and it should only get better! The office is extremely organized and everyone is very knowledgeable. At the end of my consultation, I was able to schedule not only the surgery but all of my follow up visits. The recovery beverage that Dr. B sells in his office taste great and I think it really made a difference in my recovery! If the need ever arises, I will definitely come back to this office for future procedures.

I love Dr. B and his staff! My first visit was for an explant consult and they made me feel very at ease! Dr. B was not pushy one way or another for the procedure I want done and did not try to up-sale me on anything! He just told me it was all about me and what I wanted!! Loved him!!! Scheduled surgery for March 5th and he and his staff have been phenomenal! I am extremely please with my results!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience. A surgeon in my state (TN) denied doing the surgery for me and told me insurance wouldn’t cover it, so that his practice could pocket more funds. My sister got a breast reduction with Beckenstein so I traveled 4.5 hours for a consultation. I was validated, reassured, and got covered by insurance, easy-peasy. The surgery went so smoothly and I must highly recommend Dr. B’s specially formulated drinks. I got a 4 pack and recovered so quickly from anesthesia and from the surgery. My results are phenomenal. No back pain, my clothes fit, and I got a breast lift out of it. I’ll recommend Dr. B to everyone! Even the staff is incredible, understanding, and so kind. Where do I even start with this office, the staff and the surgeon.

My first point of contact was with Janet. From the first interaction I felt seen and heard. She listened to my perspective and heard me out. I had a million questions and she took the time to answer each one. One by one. She didn’t rush me or make me feel less than for asking so many questions.

I was having a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy and was terrified.

I met Dr Beckenstein and he immediately allowed me the space to share my fears about breast cancer due to my family history. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He spent time in the room with me which most doctors don’t. He spent time explaining what surgery would be like; what to expect before during and after. He spent time introducing me to the nurse I would be working close with. He spent time being a human and not just a doctor.

His nurse Kaitlyn went through step by step what I needed to know before my surgery. The office worked with my insurance and kept me in the loop during the process.

They celebrated with me when my insurance approved my surgery. They celebrated with me when we scheduled the surgery. And they celebrated with me after my surgery during my first second and third post op appointments.

Dr Beckenstein is an artist and my scars are beautiful and he made sure I was happy with my results.

I cannot stress enough that I met with three surgeons and because of the front office staff and Dr. Beckenstein’s bedside manner I chose him.

I had a significant hernia and diastasis recti repair done by Dr Beckenstein, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Not only does it look amazingly better, but my day-to-day function is dramatically improved. It’s helped my posture, back pain and ability to return full-force to my exercise routine.
