About a year ago I bought a 2002 Toyota 4runner. Definitely not one of their high dollar vehicles lol, but they treated me like I was purchasing one. The little suv still runs great and they even sent me a new complimentary hat :)

They guys at RMR helped to re-unite me with my Rover. About 12 years ago I sold my beloved Defender 90. I always regretted that sale. On a whim, I found that RMR had sold the car about 2 years ago. I called the shop and spoke with one of the salesmen who took an interest in my quest and agreed to call if the car ever came back to them. As fate would have it, the Defender came back to them in trade for another car. Kip called and offered it to me, and after a video tour and a few calls I bought it once again. Can't say enough how great Kip and Brandon have been to deal with and how happy I am to have it back. Huge thanks to RMR, and special props for sending me a car that is in better condition than I could have imagined. With the Defender back in my garage, we are all happy. Thanks RMR! When they did not have what I was looking for on the lot, they found it for me, got it here in a few days, then detailed and serviced it before delivery to me. I can’t recommend RMR highly enough. The overall process was easy and they were completely transparent and honest. At no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything remotely like that. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and they are honest people that mean what they say. I'm a 24 year old girl and purchased my first car, a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a large dealership in Hoover about 5 weeks ago. The service light came on so I took it to RMR to have it checked out. Turns out, I needed all new tires, new rear rotors, and my emissions system needed to be fixed. This was going to easily cost me over $1,000 after only having the vehicle for 5 weeks. Kip at RMR knew I was too shy to call the dealership and level with them to explain the situation. He spent all day trying to help me. He worked his magic and I took my car to that same dealership in Hoover two days later. Everything was fixed for FREE. RMR helped me out and didn't make a SINGLE dime off of me. They truly are the best guys around and are 100% trustworthy. Next time I purchase a car, I'm ONLY going to RMR. Thanks guys!!!
