Easy pickup process. Was in and out. Staff was polite and courteous. Were Helpful when I underestimated my work load and unfortunately overextended. Worked with me towards a solution without being rude and unpleasant to me. Will definitely like to rent here again.

Great experience! While they didn’t have our auto transport reservation available, they were helpful in transferring us to another uhaul location closer to our address with available equipment.

came in with a very chaotic situation, needed to extend my truck to drop off at a different state so they set me up with a new reservation on the same truck. were extremely friendly and kind natured and VERY patient. very clean and historic facility with everything you would need for moving. awesome manager, great people.

Carmen Hayes was so amazing and provided us with excellent customer service. We left our tablet in the Uhaul and left for a few hours. The van we had rented was already gone and being rented by someone else. Ms. Hayes went above and beyond to help us retrieve the tablet. She contacted the customer and politely asked if they had saw the tablet, and luckily they found it under the seat. Ms. Hayes contacted us, and saved the tablet for us until we recieved the tablet. My son had just got the tablet he lost as an early Christmas present, Ms. Hayes helped my son retrieve his first tablet and have an amazing Christmas. We are so thankful for Ms. Hayes and her going to extra mile for us. Anytime I'm renting a Uhaul, I'm coming to this location & asking for Ms. Hayes. She's amazing

WOW! This was an exemplary experience! UHaul has been awesome for me since 1982 and this U-Box offering was perfect and perfectly done. I am extremely impressed. All my things arrived 2,400 miles later exactly the way I closed it, nothing even moved inside the box. Regular emails & phone calls kept me informed and the drivers were very courteous and made sure I was happy. Awesome people! I saw your 30-minute infomercial and you might want me to be on that show as a glowing customer for you!

Holly contacted me at 7am about a change to my reservation and was helpful when I showed up to load U-Boxes. Used 3 boxes and throughout the day received professional service with loading, unloading, and moving information. Cool old warehouse is a nice plus too.

I have nothing but high praises for the three ladies that waited on me at this location the last one that waited on me both my phone and in-person her name was Holly and she had told me over the phone that she was a manager or assistant manager in either case when speaking with her you could tell her boss was smiling she gave me accurate information she made suggestions as well and she did my reservations I went by today and I met her for the first time she is a natural she is courteous and professional and Holly also exceeded my expectations she took the boxes to the cab for me and make sure that I was okay. Holly has taken care of me in such a way that I would say she deserves to be where she is or promotion and all raise. On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best I would give Holly a 10 . Harley exceeded my expectations. Holly did not know that I was 100% disabled until I was getting in the cab to leave. Holly I would like for you to let the two ladies before you I know that they also did a fine job. Enjoy your week Holly!

Carmena was my angel sent. I was getting ready to take my daughter to see her off to college and reserved a trailer. I didn’t have a hitch or ball on the back of my suv so she let me borrow one. Thank God for her because the devil tried to stop it but God has a ram in the bush.
