Everyone was very nice throughout my whole process and help me understand everything. The judge was very professional throughout my hearing.

A incident occurred on my property on March 4, 2020, that I was unable to resolve with my neighbor without obtaining assistance from the small claims judicial system. Yet I had no idea that I would be met with opposition from the judge overseeing my case; although, she made a judgment that granted payment to me for the out of pocket medical expenses plus count cost effective October 16, 2020. However, I have continued to have to made motion after motion, and numerous hearings have been held in an effort to resolve this matter, yet the defendant has continued to make a mockery of the court by providing inaccurate information to the judge. When is a person held in contempt of court, or is grace and mercy granted to everyone who willfully provides inaccurate information to a judge? Grandview Medical has been ordered to make required garnishment payments by the judge overseeing my case, so when will I begin receiving the funds that were awarded to me on October 2020? Why are some people given grace while others have to suffer patiently?
