The employees are the best. I have a great experience every visit and they always have what I need. If they don't have what you want in stock they will order it for you and call you when it comes in.

They go above and beyond to take care of me and my department.

Retired. Always used them. Almost no issues, if there was they were corrected immediately. Some agencies are using now " other " stores. Every single time the " others" have managed to mess up my order. Don't waste your time go to Mac's.

It's very much a "trade" store with probably 98% of their business attributed to fire and police, so they can seem a little short in conversation if you're not in that line of work. They aren't being rude, it's just that most of their customers already know exactly what they want. I have found them to be helpful and they know their merchandise well.

Extremely nice staff who are some of the most knowledgeable in their field of uniform and equipment supply. They can “eye” you and tell exactly what size pant and shirt you wear… or need to wear lol. Always a pleasant experience!

I made it in the door maybe five steps before a gentleman greeted me and accurately estimated my sizes. He was able to get my uniforms and complete my transaction within two minutes. Fantastic job!
