Its been years since I ate a Rally’s . I must say, the food were delicious and the service was great too 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Manager was great
Great suggestive selling because we added 4 pies with order and everything was hot and fresh
Most definitely will return when I'm back that way

It is under new management! Everything was better. Outside is much cleaner, and the new employees are so welcoming!!

Rallys and checker's have always been a tad above the rest because of freshly cooked burgers , but this location is really trying hard to be number one . Fresh food , great service

Great Food , prices , staff

We were on the way to the airport and my husband, who is diabetic, needed to eat. I was keeping an eye out for a place and we saw a Rallys. I had never been to Rallys, but had heard they were good - either way he needed something right then. The absolute nicest guy in the world worked at the window, and not just because he called this 58 year old grandma "young lady", he was very nice, professional and friendly in general. I guess he's the manager, or should be.

My husband loved the burger and the fries were the best I have ever had, literally (I used literally correctly - I don't mean figuratively - that they were just good - they were the best I have ever had).

Food was okay ,bad atmosphere we thought the place was closed down

Quick service, good food. Place is a bit dingy, and two drives thrus, one closed, not very well marked. Lock ya doors, bad neighborhood.

I received courteous service while ordering and at the drive-thru window. This is equally important as food quality to me.

Thomas and Ashley were both great hosts! The service was great, the fries were hot, and the burger is always perfect.

The wings were freshly prepared so I waited a few minutes, but the medium buffalo sauce and well cooked wings were worth the wait. Very nice staff as well. Thanks guys for my first meal at home in Birmingham in 12 years!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food is always fresh here! The New management since reopening is really making an effort to please and it shows. Avondale Rally's is back!

Came thru at 1030 and they did their thing I’m traveling so I appreciate you guys serving my food hot and fast thanks so much night crew!!!!

The young lady a at the drive thru was polite, I'd go back just to see her smile.

Long I know: Ok to be honest. I hated this place before it shut down. Then they reopened and I went back asap to give them another try. Disappointed again I waited so long at the walk up window I walked off. I opened a business across the street from there and I begrudgingly went back again but this time was different. I stood at the window forever but I seen they were busy. Finally I was addressed with a smile and "What are you having?". Food was delicious. Is this place perfect? By no means but I will be the first to tell you that the Rally's on first Avenue is a million miles from where they were and they are still improving. I encourage anyone that has had a bad experience to try them again. I'm sure the staff will win you over with their great service and good food. Order a #2 Baconzilla triple and you won't regret a bite. New Rally's fan.

I was actually really happy with my experience at this location. I visited at an off-peak time and was still able to get good food that was hot and fresh in a reasonable timeframe. Will certainly visit again.

Casper met a lot of new people there when he was there. Great service great people great place good food.

It's been almost 20 years since I ate a Rallys burger. They did not disappoint...so delicious and quick friendly service
