Back in January 2022, when I had the catalytic converter stolen off my car. It was so easy and painless to get a claim started through the app and over the phone. Very polite, helpful, and professional through the whole process.
On a different note, State Farm has been the most affordable car and renters insurance I’ve had in years. Don’t know what took me so long to realize this!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for great, affordable insurance.

I've always had great customer service when I go in there! Chrystal is great because whenever I go in there she makes me feel like family. Ever since the first time I've gone there she has always asked how everything is going and somehow remembers our last conversation and she asks how those are too! Really great place!

All the staff is very professional and courteous. I have always been very pleased with their services. The few times that I've needed assistance with questions about my policies, they were able to get things taken care of on the same day. I totally recommend them. I know now a days most things are online but, if you prefer to have an actual person to answers your questions rather than the operators giving you the run around then look no further. I was out of state when my ID got stolen. Chad got a hold of another State Farm agent near my location, told them what was going on and had them print out a Declaration page. I was able to pick that up same day. A stressful situation was made better by Chad going above and beyond.

So glad I switched to state farm. Not only do they provide good service. The employees that work there are friendly and helpful! I have yet to have a bad experience working with them (5 years +)

Elisabeth toke my call and gave me a quote right over the phone within 20 minutes and finally helped us with adding a rental policy to our plan. She is extreamly responsive, very efficent and resourceful. I am very glad we made the switch!
