Having been diabetic for nearly 30 years, the price of medication is always a challenge (even with insurance). The staff at Publix Pharmacy discovered that my insurance (Blue Cross) has specific requirements for filling the meds, and it appears that I have been overpaying for YEARS at other locations.

Thank you very much to the pharmacy staff, as your attention to detail made a pretty solid difference in my day (and my life).

They were absolutely wonderful until recently. I assume they got a different pharmacist in and things have been horrible for the past two months.. There have been way too many mistakes lately to put on this thread. They've made it difficult to even swap pharmacies by not giving Winn Dixie all my prescriptions. They need to get it together or risk losing more people.

Not even one star!! The staff is unable to enter insurance correctly, unwilling to follow through and do their jobs, so they just look past me and take other customers. When I verified my insurance online (exactly as it was on the BCBS card I gave them) and tried to call the pharmacy as they requested, they either didn't answer the phone or answered and then hung up.

I've recently moved from Northern Alabama to this area. This pharmacy is extremely hard to get in touch with via phone which is the only way I can refill one particular medication.

They make it so difficult. The curbside pickup number to call on the sign doesn't even work.

As far as the pharmacy, it's the worst one my wife and I have ever dealt with. Nothing but problems and attitude for 4 months!!!! We finally picked up our meds for the last time and switched to another pharmacy. Not sure how they keep customers with how we've been treated!!!! NEVER will we go back!
