The only redeeming part of the store is Jamie she needs a raise seriously. She helped me the entire way through my purchase a great employee for sure.

Went in 6-17 to grab a few things. As we were checking out Steven C. was amazing. Great conversation and excellent customer service. You have a gem working there!

I didn't realize I had already given this special lady of review 4 months ago. But I went to TJ Maxx again she came to help me again. TJ Maxx you have a wonderful coordinator here! She really deserves raise! Not only does she goes out of her way to help others. She does it with a smile on her face and a kind heart. Thank you for hiring her.

I stopped in to look for an office coffee table, but did not find anything, however, one of the managers Mrs. SONDRA ROBINSON spoke to me and we talked for a minute and she along with the check out staff were pleasant and refreshing. I enjoyed my short time in their store located in Prattville, Alabama. The store was clean and they were unloading more items. I ended up bying a few item for my daughter and the house. Awesome

T.j Maxx is an awesome store! They have everything for the home, the kitchen, the bedroom. They also have some furniture pieces that are unusual. They have a lingerie section and closing also an exercise clothing area with some exercise equipment as well as shoes and jewelry. They caring beautiful purses and then they have a whole section of toys and books and high quality items for children. This is a great place to go for Christmas shopping or any time of the year!

Love it here, spend way too much every time lol but hey adhd comes with some crazy quirks *Compulsive* shopping lol. But hey , they never fuss at me when I get to the checkout and decide not to get half of what I'm carrying 🙃 so there's that. It's always clean, everyone is always friendly (the employees) the people shopping eh- 🥴

The cashier was a lovely young lady: very welcoming and kind. I left feeling good about my shopping experience.

The Prattville location was out of the novelty item I was searching for but I got in and out and my csr was awesome!! Give them a bigger discount man...it's finna be 2023!!

I am a MAXX girl. I find the most amazing shoes, purses, dresses, one of a kind gifts at Tjs. My husband even surprises me for no special occassion with giftcards. Not only do I love this store, I love that my husband loves it and me enough to encourage me to visit.

I had a great visit to the store. It was very easy for me to find everything I needed. I looked at a variety of items because there were some nice pieces and displayed so well! Checkout was easy which provided enough manpower to accommodate the customers. I don't shop much, but my choice might be T.J. Maxx.

I been coming to this location for over 20 plus years for this great tasting water,I even used it in my fish aquarium and didn't have to spend money on the drops to balance the water 🤔🥰😍

This is a brand new store in Troy, AL. It was well stocked and I came out with several items. If I can't find something at the Montgomery store, I'm just a short drive to look at this one. Masks are required throughout your visit.

It was nice....the staff was friendly and the store was very clean and stocked...I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for nice products for a reasonable price.

Clean, well organized, and staff are always helpful and friendly. The fitting rooms are closed right now due to covid. They are cleaning between every customer at the registers and masks are required.
