Empire Painting

Empire Painting did an awesome job on our project! I had the millwork, ceilings, and walls painted throughout my home. The whole process was seamless with clear communication from start to finish. The office staff and painting crew were polite, respectful, and friendly. They checked in frequently to make sure I was pleased throughout the job - and I was! The experience and results were even better than I hoped for. This was my first time working with this company but I will certainly be using Empire Painting again the next we need painting services.

Everything about working with Empire was great, from the fast response on an estimate, to quick scheduling of the work, to the final service and follow up. Jeremy installed peel-and-stick wallpaper on a long way in my dining room and it looks superb - so well done. Can't see the seams at all. There was a lot more to this process than I realized - I'm so glad I had an experienced professional handle it. Highly recommend Empire Painting!

Empire Painting was terrific, hands down! We had our entire interior house painted before we moved in and the job was completed with great quality, competitive pricing, and we absolutely loved it once it was completed. The team lead Daniel was great to work with as he communicated all the time on timeline and did a great job fixing anything we requested of after walk through. Matt was also great to work with as well during the estimate review. Any changes or adds we wanted he made sure they were informed to the team. Definitely give this painting company five stars. We will definitely be using Empire for future painting needs.

We were very pleased with the work done by Empire Painting. We had 30 plus year old kitchen cabinets painted and they look fabulous now. Luis, who painted the cabinet "boxes" in our home, was pleasant, hard working and meticulous. Laci, in the office, was very helpful and patient and easy to deal with. Jeff who hung the cabinet fronts after they had been painted, was helpful and willing to attend to some extra details when asked. Great experience with this company!

From the person responsible for creating the estimate, to the office staff, and finally the painters themselves; all were great. Awesome communication from all. The painters were friendly and performed a great job on the exterior of our house. We needed broken siding fixed as well and they did it all! I would highly recommend!

The crew was great. We needed to update the paint in our entry way, upstairs hallway, and dining room. We had two painters on one day, then one returned to finish the job the following day. They were clean, prompt, and kept us informed on their progress throughout. We’d definitely use Empire again!

Empire Painting did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets and also our exterior house painting.
We built our home 21 years ago and the stained kitchen cabinet doors and drawers had taken a real beating from the kids. They looked so worn and I was embarrassed to bring people in my kitchen. I had several painting contractors come in to give me a quote. All of them , (except Empire), told me that they could not be stained successfully so I thought I would have to get them all painted. Then a remodeling company recommended Empire.

Dan, the owner of Empire, came in and was very honest. He asked me why I wanted to paint our cabinets because they were still in style and in great shape. He communicated to me that Empire could stain the worn areas and then "refresh" the cabinets. We ended up doing just that , but we did have the island painted. It turned out just beautiful! So many complements.

They did such a great job with the kitchen cabinets so we decided to have them paint our exterior. They have a complimentary color specialist that helped us with the color. Wow! We are constantly getting compliments on the house, even from strangers that walk by! Many people have asked us for Empire's contact information.

The communication from the office was fantastic. The painters arrived when we were told they would arrive. Also, all of the painters were very pleasant and nice!

We will use them again in the future as we have more projects/jobs that need to be done!

Empire just completed for me the challenging job of removing old wallpaper, and repainting 4 rooms in my new home. They did an excellent, professional job from start to finish . I have worked with several painters in the past, and Empire has been outstanding. May I say that the new paint in these rooms looks unbelievably “perfect.” If you tend to be on the fussy side, this company is for you . For the time, service, and quality of materials used, (I requested Benjamin Moore Paint) the job was reasonably priced.

Customer service was excellent in all phases of the project, from the initial quote, to multiple emails and phone calls with Laci, to changing my kitchen color 3 times. My painter, Terry , was punctual, polite, and hard working. Very pleasant to work with. The work areas were clean every night during the project, with all vents, blinds and switch plates back in place on completion.

I don’t often complete reviews, but I do recommend Empire without reservation .

I have owned my home for 17 years and this is the first time I have ever hired a professional painter. Luckily, I choose Empire.

The painter from Empire arrived on time, was super friendly and professional, and did an incredible job.

The Empire crew did a great job on my exterior project. They were on time, neat and tidy, with quality workmanship. Empire also did an entire interior paint project, which included some repairs, for my family and did a fantastic job. Great experience from beginning to end.

The staff at Empire Painting were fantastic throughout the entire process, welcoming any questions we had along the way and being quite responsive to provide answers, even coming back on site to the job prep when we had a question.

The painters were friendly and professional, working quickly and leaving the site very clean each day.

Our project was a touch-up stain on rough-sawed cedar accents on our house, using a semi-transparent stain, which had us concerned on how the end-product would look given we wanted to keep with the semi-transparent option which does not always layer well. Empire painting was confident that they would get it looking nice and reaffirmed that they would make sure we were happy or they would make it right. In the end, the house looks great and we are extremely happy that we choose Empire to complete the work. We will be looking to use them for our future re—applications. Thank you.
