Paul was great. Came in to have the oil changed and brake flush on my 13 Ford Edge. He was helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Definitely will return for other vehicle services!

Had some bad luck with my car lately, but they were able to help me out fast. Good service, good communication, good team. Special thanks to Paul for going the extra mile with me and Kami for the extra assistance as well.

I took my Hyundai Kona in for an oil change and it was my first time there and I was very thankful to Kami for helping me through the process she also informed me of a recall and set up for them to deal with that at the Sam time so I didn’t need to make another appointment! Overall a good experience!

Kami is my go too when I come to napletons, she’s always so nice and very friendly! The service I receive is why I keep coming back, I have bought all my cars and got them serviced from napletons!

I have a Kia soul, and a couple weeks ago it decided to die randomly one night. I went to Napleton in Urbana as they were the closest dealer to where my car broke down. Due to my past experiences with auto services, I was expecting this to be a long and strenuous process. I was suggested Napleton as people told me that Napleton has always been great to work with.
They were 100% right. I walked in and talked to Heather who is the Kia service person. Heather intently listened to the issues with my car, was incredibly friendly and sympathetic towards my situation, and went out of her way to make my experience as smooth as possible. This was on top of the many other Kia’s she was working with. She was like this throughout the whole process, and kept me updated regularly. I haven’t had this good of a customer service experience in a while. This is coming from someone who has worked in the service industry since I was able to work. I just picked up my car today, and it was actually ready earlier than expected thanks to the amazing technicians that work there. I want to thank Napleton, the technician who worked on my car, but most importantly Heather who made my experience so easy and took so much stress off of me. Thank you for your kindness and diligence, Heather, I am extremely grateful and cannot thank you enough.
I will be going back to Napleton for every car need, and I suggest everyone should too as they have great customer service, and really care about their customers.

Brought my VW Jetta for an in service. I’ve made an online appointment a few days prior. CJ was attentive. My car was ready for pick up within two hours upon drop off. Definitely will be back for future maintenance.

I was there for an oil change. BTW, my car is not brand new and doesn't have any warranty. Ms. Kami did a great job of following up with me through every steps ofrom dropping off the car, to the end. She personally guided me to my car. She sent me links via text for each step of the process. She also sent me the whole report as a PDF file and in paper form. She was helpful, and I appreciate her efforts.

Napleton Hyundai is amazing. They are fast and friendly, and the shuttle bus service is so convenient! Kami provided me with all the information over text and also helped me schedule the shuttle bus. I really enjoyed my experience with Hyundai Napleton.

I found a hella deal on a 2016 Nissan Versa and worked with Brad for quite some time to get that squared away.
Eventually everything worked out and I've got an awesome car.

I was greeted and checked in as soon as the doors opened. Kami walked me through the services my car was due to receive. When I told her that I felt more comfortable waiting to address non-urgent issues, she was more than agreeable to remove those services. Additionally, I used the shuttle service to get to my office. Ron and I had a nice conversation the whole way there, and he let me know I could expect him to pick me up to take me back to my car this afternoon. In the past, the service I have received for my car has been efficient.

Greeted by wonderful Kamilyn!! Great way to start the morning!!! She is very lovely and amazing person! Her upbeat personality make you feel very comfortable and knowing that your vehicle is being taking care while you are away. She even offer a valet service while waiting for my car being service! This is the first time have gone outside my dealership for an oil change. She was wonderful answering all my questions and giving me recommendations and she is not pushy like Services Advisor I dealt in the past. She definitely the face of this company! I am so happy that I found this dealership and got to meet Kamilyn! You will not be disappointed!! Cheers to Kamilyn!!!

If I could give Angle Bennett a higher rating than 5 stars, it would be like 20 stars. She was super friendly throughout the process of my wife's car engine replacement. She even sent me a text to say that she was going on vacation and gave me the name of a contact person at Napleton's service center should the car be finished before she got back from vacation. Furthermore, she texted me at every step along the way. If you go to Napelton's for car service, ask for her by name. She will be my go-to person in the future! Thank you, Angle for your hard work and dedication to the customers.

We had a recall and wind noise issue fixed today. Kami our advisor set it up so we could do both at the same time. She also was able to have the maintenance team do our scheduled oil change and tire rotation. We really appreciate her and Napleton’s of Urbana taking care of our needs. Top notch team.
