I've been in Dr. Q's suboxone program for about 6 years or so. During this time I've had almost exclusively great experiences. Doctor Q is extremely thorough and a fantastic listener as well as physician. He's helped me overcome many obstacles that he did not have to and has helped me medically with many issues that I was not initially seeing him for. Being in any program like this for several years, you tend to have your ups and downs. During the ups, Doc is very encouraging and helpful. During the downs, very understanding and willing to listen to your problems and address them thoroughly and aggressively. In many years I've had multiple issues, and every single time Doc has been willing to listen and and was very understanding, as opposed to many other places that will just cancel your relationship with them the moment you tell them. Needless to say he is now my primary care physician and you should not hesitate to check out their facility. The nursing staff is super friendly, always able to work with you and prepared for whatever you ask of them. Wait times are not abnormal, either.

Dr. Quarton is the best. He truly cares about his patients & always listens to any concerns or issues they may have. I have been with Dr Quarton for several years and he has always been extremely professional with a fantastic bedside manner. I find him to be a very compassionate, patient and understanding doctor. I am very thankful that Dr Quarton is my GP.

I don’t know many other doctor’s offices that schedule patients in the same day no matter what time you call, you can always be seen same day. Wonderful staff from the moment you walk in the door up to checking out. Competent providers who take the time to listen and are truly patient oriented.

Dr. Quarton is one of the greatest doctors I have ever been to. They are all very thorough, helpful, and will answer any and all questions you may have. I really appreciate everything they do, and all of their hard work.

Dr. Brian Quarton is extremely professional and up-to-date on information. I've struggled with addiction and he is the first doctor to basically hold my hand and walk me through a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this facility. Any issue I have had, they were more than willing to look into it and help me through it.

Great staff and very thorough Doctor, PA, and Nurse Practitioner on staff. Conveniently located right off the highway in Carlinville. You can't miss it!

Very nice while meeting with my wife.

Although the providers are helpful, the staff generally aren't. Today I called to try to get a test moved up for my son who's been sick for a week. It was scheduled for 9 days from now, but when I asked to get it sooner the receptionist told me that if I wanted it sooner I could call myself. Then when I asked for the phone number to call she told me that she had no way of knowing where the test was scheduled. Seriously?! Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've been treated like this.
