I am so pleased and happy with their service. After being put off for 3 months from the place I purchased my dishwasher I found Gibbel Appliance on line and called them. I called them on Thursday and they were here early Monday morning. They had to order a part so they came back today (Friday) and finished up. Shawnaessy was our service man. Very polite and professional. He explained everything he did too. Call Gibbel Appliance and not the other business that advertises 1-800-god help you. We will be telling all our family and friends. Thank you again for a great job!!!!!!!!!

Gibbel Home Services ALWAYS does an outstanding job. A few months ago it was resolving issues with our refrigerator, and this week it was a spring check-up and cleaning of our air conditioner. The technicians are thoughtful, explain things, do great work, and clean up after the job is complete.Whether you are buying new or repairing existing equipment, I wholeheartedly recommend Gibbel Home Services.

Having bought an older home, we have called on Gibbel to check out a gas leak in the stove as well as lighting issues and to look at our boiler. They are responsive, friendly, professional and fair. Highly recommended.

Super friendly and helpful staff both in the store and the worker that installed our new dishwasher. He was very quick installing it fully in about a hour and super helpful in running through the settings and functions. It looks beautiful and we are excited to use it!

I called this company because of their reviews. I had no idea who to call for refrigerator repair. They were better than their reviews . Scott was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what the problem was. Very professional and friendly. He took his time and did a great job. He informed me of everything he was doing and up front about cost. I highly recommend this company for any problems you encounter . They did everything they said they would do and they were prompt. Good help is hard to find but not at Gibbel !! They have a great team !!!

Scott is very friendly. He did the work fast and efficiently. I did not have to wait long at all for an appointment when I called and they actually showed up. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had an outdoor LED dusk til dawn light put on our garage. The technician was very professional and thorough. I was called during the installation with some questions about some details of the install so he could get the job done just like I wanted. The finished job was nothing short of neatly and professionally done. I would recommend them anytime.

They were responsive, courteous, professional and very helpful! In addition to a new refrigerator install, they serviced the old frig to move to the basement and were very careful and thorough with all aspects of the service visit. Highly recommended!

Scott was great and very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and was very nice. Whole experience was good except having to pay for the visit on the spot without even getting a receipt. Just think it is a poor way to run a business in a small town. My solution would be to have all new people pay in such a way and also those who have an outstanding balance with your business. Rick

Calib did an another excellent job running electric in my basement for new sump pumps. Have used several times in the past and as always top notch, quality job, Calib very professional. Highly recommend!

My furnace guy retired so had to find a new one .he suggested Gibbel and so I gave them a call .I was beyond pleased with my service they came out found the issue ordered part and was fast to get us heat again .they will be who I call for heat and air good people very helpful and friendly .

I needed the water filter changed on my new GE fridge. I called yesterday for an appointment and Shaunaessy came the next morning. Shaunaessy is fantastic! I highly recommend him and Gibble Home Services!!
