McDonald's

Love the employees, they're hard workers, know how to joke around with customers and just have fun with their jobs. This has always been the McDonalds of my choice.

They were friendly we went through the drive thru waited patiently while we decided what we wanted had to pull up and wait for some of our order a lot of cars in drive thru the young man brought ours out and was friendly and apologized for our wait and the food was hot and it was good

Small town McDs that is customer friendly. It is popular, so drive-thru can take a bit. The delay is NOT due to inefficiency, just regularly busy. It sits adjacent to a JH/HS so school lunch time can get very busy.

The food was hot, and our order was accurate 👌
The milk shake machine was down, only con.

The building is nicely painted.
Drive-thru is awesome.
Order was hot and correct.
When we asked for extra honey mustard,
we got it here!
Parking lot needs repaved but we will go back.

The crew was fast and helpful. When I came in they were just finishing up the soccer team rush and baseball and softball were just coming in the door. They did a GREAT job. There was a little hiccup (lost) with my order but it was corrected and brought out to me quickly. This is understandable with the amount of people in the lobby and coming through the drive thru.

They were extremely packed and I didnt even sit in the line for 10 minutes! They made a good hustle for dinner rush! First time they got my order right also even with rushing:) good job on the night crew

Great food, great service. Carlinville was clean this time while I was there. The manager was on top of everything last night. Having someone clean the tables while I was there. I was served fast and sufficient

I came here almost every morning for breakfast for a period of a few months. Consistently hot, delicious food. Rarely ever had errors and had me through the line in no time! And the staff were almost always so friendly. This will always be my favorite McDonald’s of all time.

We go here on a regular basis n never have any problems. They're fast n always get our orders right.

The drive through lady was absolutely amazing super nice and understanding.

Me and my grandparents where there and it was bad the cashier was working his butt off he was working the register and doing the drive thru I felt horrible I didn't get his name but who ever it was good job man seriously keep working your tail off we need more people like that if he was not there I'd give them a one star but for him he gets 5 stars

Order is always correct. Staff is patient. Food is usually hot when you get it. Also I was in there the night the entire staff sing John Denver's Country Road and it was awesome.

Have all but given up on Mc Donalds , everyone Ive been to latelly has been slow , inaccurate , with bland , cold or stale food . What a treat our family was in for hot , fresh food , had complex drive through order so thinkung the worst , very pleased extremely quick , accurate , and pleasant the service and product we received should be the company standards for all businesses . Great job.

The place is great! The customer service is amazing. Sometimes they give you extra food just because you came they are great.

Our McDonalds has always tasted better than other McDonalds restaurants in my opinion. The food seems fresher and the fries are never soggy. For fast food around Carlinville, Mcy D's is a great place to snag a cheap and quick meal!

I've got two of their weekly punch cards. You just can't beat a free quarter-pounder. Paired with a free chocolate shake, fries and a Coke, I'll keep coming back all year.

Food was hot, made as ordered, no wait and very polite employees!

I was truly amazed a young man employed by McDonalds came and asked if he could take the trash from our table. I have never had such good service at McDonald's.

The Best Big Mac and plenty of 🍟 was the Best out of all the McDonald's I have been to
