AT&T Store

Friendly staff, but cannot assist with any AT&T Prepaid plan questions you may have.
Though they tried to tell me that I could switch from prepaid to a contract program to get a better rate. However when I compared what I pay to any contract plans available, it was clear I currently have the far more economical setup.

The staff at the Carlinville store were outstanding! They were kind and helpful in helping us purchase several devices and getting them set up.
I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works there. We will be back!

This store has great service! Kade has always been super helpful and very friendly. He knows a lot about phones, I wanted an iPhone 12 but he showed me all the features on the 14 and I couldn’t pass it up. I always recommend my family to go here! Thank you

Ashleigh was generous with her time and helped me to find a better family plan. But when I got the next bill, instead of it being lower it was higher because she added features we had declined. It took us an hour and a half on the phone with ATT to correct things.

Cat was absolutely amazing thru our upgrade process. Her diligence in making things right for us was outstanding!

What great customer service I received. We are switching to ATT internet so that we can lower the costs of television. We will now stream all of our TV. Can't wait to see how well this will work. Thank you for having a store in CARLINVILLE. It's very convenient!

Went in for help and Cat and Tarah were working. Let me tell you they are amazing!!!!! You need help go see them!!!

Bill went above and beyond in helping me open a new line today. He made sure to get me the best deals but was never pushy and all the workers were very personable. The store is super clean and they even had a chair in front of the tv in which they put cartoons on so that my child was entertained. Definitely recommend this store!

Bill truly goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We came in before Bill’s lunch, and he worked through his lunch break to help my in laws set up their two new phones they purchased. He didn’t have to go that extra step, but he didn't want them to leave without having their phones set up and ready to use. This meant so much to us. He also took a look at our bill and was able to save us money AND get us a better package. My in laws are from Springfield, and they drive to Carlinville to be taken care of by Bill and team. This store is that great!

Bill the manager was great. Put everything in black and white. Gave us a print out of our first 4 bills so we knew exactly what to expect and why. Haven’t had the same experience with ATT in the past.

We were satisfied with Drew, but he was the only one in the store because there was a staffing problem. Also an outage with the internet made ir hard for him to do his job. When that was solved, he did a great job fulfilling our needs. Those issues were out of Drew’s hands.

Such a well organized store! I was greeted right away when I came into the store and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Very clean store and the displays were very nice! I was helped by the store manager, Bill. I will always come to the Carlinville store for my phone needs!
