We had the best shopping experience here. My daughter recently purchased a new mattress and loves it. After one week sleeping on it, her back pain was gone. What separates this store from all other stores, is their customer service. It is first class! After our experience, I brought my parents to buy a new mattress. The owner (Jeff) asked my parents how high a box spring they needed. My parents were unsure, so Jeff offered to have someone drive to their home in Huntley to measure.
Two weeks after the mattress was delivered, I proactively get a text from Jeff, saying his delivery guy “got the feeling” my parents thought the bed was too high; even though they didn’t say anything. Jeff contacted them directly and made arrangements to swap out the box spring for a lower one at no charge.

Good job Jeff! You have made us customers for life. I can’t recommend this place enough.

It has been a long time since I bought a mattress. Did a bunch of research and went to several stores. When I discovered Verlo the buying pressure was off. Great selection and prices. Ethan did a fantastic job helping my wife and I purchase a split king adjustable bed. We chose different mattresses. With the comfort guarantee no worries if there is an issue. Love that they make the mattresses in a space next to the store. Ethan helped with the delivery and removing our old mattress which went well. I am recommending the St. Charles store to all my friends and family.

I had the best experience working with Jeff at Verlo! He helped me pick out the best mattress and I was even able to watch it being made. I have been dealing with hip pain for over 7 months. After sleeping one night on my new Verlo mattress my hip pain has completely resolved!!! I have been able to return to all the strength training exercises I love but had been avoiding due to the hip pain. Love our new Verlo King Mattress ! We shopped around and found a few we liked/considered but ultimately the service Verlo in St Charles offered could not be beat. They are locally owned and manufactured and so far stand firmly behind their products! Our mattress is so comfortable and we have every expectation that it will stay that way for years to come! What a delightful experience. Tommy and Jeff started this business and you know instantly that they believe in their product. They take the time to walk you through the differences of the mattress's and test the various mattress types. There is no pressure applied to purchase and they explain the creation of these great mattress's which are built right on the premises. By far the most comfortable mattress we have ever had and the guarantee that comes with the mattress is great. Luke and Tommy delivered our mattress and took the care to bring it in the house the best way. These guys are all friendly and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed. I wound up purchasing the king V7 with the king motion 320 adjustable foundation I couldn’t be happier with it. It was quick and easy and flawless on the delivery. They wound up saying that it was going to be delivered on a specific date and kept that promise. The manager that I have to thank is Jeff Hirner He’s a great guy knows exactly what he’s talking about and will help you with any and all of your concerns I will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future with couch cushions they don’t only make mattresses. They can also fit any shape or design that you have for a mattress.

We had to adjust the firmness of our mattress after we got it home and they did it for free. Can't recommend them enough.

Just got a great mattress from Jeff & Tommy at Verlo Mattress St. Charles. I talked to them about a Stearns and Foster mattress I had recently tried but had heard great things from a friend about a Verlo he has had for years. They explained how the v5 Eurotop provided the same level of comfort but at a better Factory Direct price. The V7 collection with an adjustable base is where I ultimately landed. Great value and they delivered it the next week with a super friendly delivery team. I haven’t slept this good in years!

The buying process was great as there was no pressure to spend more than I wanted. Got a great product at a great price from great guys. Plus I shopped local!!! Delivery was excellent!
