Several months ago I took my boyfriend in with chronic pain and hearing loss. This doctor dismissed him and told him nothing was wrong with him. He offered a covid test, despite the fact that he had no covid symptoms. Several weeks passed and it was just unbearable for him so I took him to a different clinic where he was diagnosed with cellulitis in his ears and extremely bad allergies. The cellulitis could have been very damaging and dangerous, in fact even though he's healed he still has permanent hearing loss from being untreated so long.

My son has now had the misfortune of seeing him twice now as well. Both times he dismissed his illness and pain as nothing and only offered a covid test. I told him I am confident my son has an ear infection and he barely peeked in his ears before declaring he was fine.

We will be going somewhere different from now on if Carle is going to continue letting doctors like this continue practicing. And I will be getting a second opinion from tonight's visit. My son's ears are inflamed and red, hot. I was told this is normal and his ears are "radiators". No sir. They only look like this when he's complaining of ear pain and acting fussier than normal. Also would like to point out that I made an appointment with convenient care for 3:30 so my son wouldn't have to sit and wait and be exposed to other illness. We waited for an hour in the waiting room and another 35 minutes in a room, just to be turned away and not heard essentially. I know there's a global crisis right now, but come on. I know they can do much better.

I asked twice about my child having blood sugar issues. It was a firm no from him. We went to the ER and he had a blood sugar of 9. He could had died or gotten brain damage. He got diagnosed with ketotic hypoglycemia. I hope he never sees another child.
