Our salesperson Jeff was amazing! He helped us to find the perfect sofa to fit our very narrow doorway and unique situation with a small space basement. We were so happy to finally have our cozy area finished with a high quality piece of furniture. My son came home for thanksgiving and he had the coziest domain in our basement! Thank you Jeff!! My husband and I needed to buy a sofa. As soon as we entered the Ashley Store, an employee greeted us, asked us what we wanted, told us what areas to check out for sofas in the store, and handed us a sales flyer. The Ashley Store carries the largest selection of sofas of any furniture store we visited in the area. The staff let us freely take our time to wander through the displays trying out dozens of sofas. We needed a sofa that met several criteria.
We found three great choices that checked all of the boxes. Sean offered to give us quotes on the three sofas. Sean also went over how the optional protection plan works. We ordered the sofa. The price beat three other stores, plus the sofa fit what we wanted exactly, no compromises. The sofa arrived in one week. We picked it up ourselves at the scheduled appointment. Loading went smoothly with an employee there to help. The sofa arrived very well packed--plastic bag, protective foam, full cardboard surround, then super heavy duty plastic sealed over everything. The sofa looks great and sits everyone comfortably. I highly recommend the Ashley Store and Sean for a completely hassle free, no high pressure sales tactics, furniture buying experience. My husband and I have now furnished two entire homes with Ashley Furniture from the Champaign store. We recently went in again to purchase furniture for our living room. It is a decent size, and we currently have a huge sectional, that we bought years ago and have added onto a few times to make it fit our current living room. It has seen lots of wear and tear, and it was time for something new. I already knew what model I was leaning towards because it was literally the only option to be able to make it large enough, or configure seperate pieces to fit our home. We were greeted by Sean who was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer any questions we had, but also allowed us time to check out other furniture on our own, as well as making a couple of recommendations for us to try out. Once we decided for sure to go with the one I had configured online originally, Sean got all of the pieces set for delivery to our home, double checked it was all correct and how we wanted it, and we should have our new furniture in 4-6 weeks! :)

Ashley has evolved into quite the place for solidly built, modern furniture and accessories at very reasonable prices. My husband does not enjoy furniture shopping, yet he will go to Ashley's. The staff are helpful but not invasive. We had a great experience.

I went into the store today to check out a sectional I had seen online. I decided I loved it and wanted to purchase. Justin had me in and out in under a half hour with quick and quality service! Looking forward to my delivery soon.

I purchased furniture from Ashley’s last week and Jesse who helped me. He let me know what sales they. Jesse had explained everything in detail and had a lot of patience because i kept switching what rug i wanted. The lady at the front desk i didn’t get her name but she was the best as well with patience. I highly recommend Ashley’s furniture!

Jeff was incredibly helpful with finding the right sofa for our living room, which is actually a really tricky space to fit. He helped me find a variety of options for the unique sizing situation and was ultimately able to find something very nice for the space. Communication was excellent and he was very accommodating!

Everything was wonderful coming to this store. There was a great selection of furniture across various styles that really allowed us plenty of options to consider. All of the employees there were incredibly nice and helpful. Our design consultant Craig, was in particular a joy to work with. He gave me and my wife plenty of time and space to look at stuff while also always being available if we had any questions, and made the closing process very easy. Would 100% come back to this store again.

We were looking for a new mattress and Trevin was our sales representative. He listened carefully to what we wanted and showed us several possibilities. The mattress, frame and headboard we purchased were within our price range, with great features and of high quality. We are very satisfied with the amount of furniture choices in the store, the awesome sales personnel and the flexibility of the upcoming delivery.

Shawn is an excellent salesman with care and concern for the customer. The manager was nice enough to match their online price and eliminate the down payment, helping us with the decision to buy or not. I highly recommend shopping directly with Ashely for your household furniture needs.

Jesse was very helpful helping us decide the right furniture for our family. He gave us a lot of information and had a lot of patience until we decided what we were going to purchase.

I not only found the the absolutely BEST authentic salesman at Ashley’s Furniture but I found a friend. Nathan has continuously gone above and beyond to ensure I received my merchandise. My vehicle is small so my purchases would not fit in my car. He volunteered to bring them on his day off. He’s not one of those pushy sales guys or the hovering type. I can text him what I need and he makes recommendations since he knows my style. You cannot find a better Salesman than Nathan. Thanks Nathan my rooms look great because of you.

Added another photo. Patience got me these awesome pictures for my wall. In a time where time is hard to predict because we all rely on someone and they rely on somebody else we have to show patience. Trucks cannot move without drivers, furniture cannot be built without workers to build them. It’s the new normal we live In. We can’t make anything happen or show results without the people that are required for these jobs. Thank you again Nathan for helping me to make these selections. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Great customer service by Jeff! He was very helpful in helping us pick out our new bedroom set and getting the Financials in place! Will definitely be back for more furniture!

Ed Flowers was awesome helping us decide on our new furniture purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the furniture which helped us narrow down our final selection. Very friendly guy, great to do business with. We will definitely request him again!

Where all the ladies at? Lemme tell ya girls, you need some furniture without any hassle? Then ask for Craig. Not only is he easy on the eyes he's easy to work with. I was in and out of there in a half hour. 10 out of 10 stars.

Jeff, as well as everyone at Ashley Furniture, was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more in the way of customer service. A little disappointed that delivery was a month off and I think their 'haul-away' cost for furniture being replaced is way too high, but that has nothing to do with the people at Ashley. They were great!

We bought a bed from Ashley Homes and Jeff assisted us throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly, the bed arrived within two weeks! Jeff also made sure that the price matched the online offer. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back for more furniture!
