I have purchased from Aaron’s for at least 10 yrs + and I tell you Dan and his staff have been AWESOME! They know their products, and the service is always FABULOUS! I have never gotten anything from them that I didn’t like! Thank you Dan and staff for your EXCELLENT service!

My five stars go directly to Dan. He is so polite and extremely patient. I have had couple of problems with some miscommunication. Dan and I have spoke about 3 times, 2 of the 3 I was pretty irritated. He handled my problem very professionally and helped get things to where now we will have our TV paid off in a couple of months. At one point I was ready to send it back. I suggest you give Dan a raise! he is exceptional at customer service. Dan is the man!! 😁

I've always had a great experience with Aarons. They're very understanding and they go above and beyond to help you own whatever you decide to pick out In stores.if you can't make payments because of other bills or what not just call them and they'll work with you. They've been so good to us that this is our 2nd time renting with them and we tell all of our family and friends about it. Also the moving crew is really helpful and informative about their products. And if something breaks or anything they will have no problem with coming out to help you.

I love Aaron's. I just rented a bed and had it delivered on Saturday and the delivery guys were friendly, courteous and professional. I believe their names were Marcus and Scooter (I am not very good with remembering names). 'Marcus' was funny and upbeat the whole time; love his energy. This is my 3rd rental from Aaron's in a 4 year period.

They charge exuberant prices but you get to have the furniture while you pay and they go above and beyond to help you if you can’t make payments on time. Marcus is incredibly professional and helpful and hilarious! Ask for him if you go. Tell him Ronick sent you.

Aarons has been so good to our family! We have purchased several items from them including a 70" flatscreen, living room couches, and now a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. My furniture came wrapped in plastic, never any issues. They are great when it comes to maintanance or upkeep with your items. My 2 year old pulled a thread out of the new couch a week after I purchased it😳 They were more than willing to send an upholster to my house to fix it! The service men are always so kind and quick to answer any questions. They are also great at giving an overview on items your unfamiliar with upon delivery! Also a great way to build credit! I plan to continue to shop with them!

Good quality merchandise. Polite employees. Bilingual service (its good for our Spanish community members) store looks, feels very clean. Plenty of parking.

Carmen is wonderful, she listens to what you want and gets it for you! They are more than ready to deliver you furniture on the day you want it..
