Mary Vail - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been insured in Mary's Office and have had the pleasure of being her customer for over 10 years. She and her staff have always assisted me whenever I had an issue with my insurance and helped to explain the claims process to me when we have had auto accidents.

She keeps me up to date on items that have become available through State Farm and makes sure that I keep up to date on what my current coverages are.

You couldn't ask for a better Agent than Mary.

Being kicked off of insurance due to a accident that happened over 2 years ago! Definitely recommend going through a different insurance other than state farm! Rates were almost 200 dollars every month for two vehicles, and now we are being kicked off. Not going to ever go through state Farm again.

Find a different local agent! I attempted to get the fine print of a policy and was told they couldn't provide it until I purchased the policy first! Unbelievable. After that, 2 more emails went unanswered. Contacted another local agent and was helped right away
