I bought my car here and use the service center for routine maintenance and repairs. Kami has been my customer service rep the last two times I went in. She has been exceptionally good at communicating with me, keeping me updated, and even helped me get an appointment that fit my schedule when everything was booked up. When I go in, she is friendly, professional, and calls me by name. I highly recommend her and Napleton Service Center.

My husband and I had been searching a while for the 2023 Palisade and couldn't find the trim we were so desperately seeking. We tried all the surrounding cities, but the closest we got to one was the waiting list. We finally found 1 over 800 miles away and decided we would make the trip later that week to grab it. I was doing 1 last look for one closer and Napleton's showed they had just received 1 that morning. We called just to make sure they had one, and they scheduled us an appointment for 20 minutes later. We get there and was instantly greeted by Cory. Cory showed nothing but hospitality, patience, and knowledge towards the cars. He stuck with us all day and even missed his lunch to cater to us. I mean, we had never been treated with such care at a car lot. He even went into the cold to move our old vehicle closer and to retrieve several items for us. He then introduced us to Gabe who followed up with the same attentiveness and kindness when negotiating our deal. Bottom line, we finally got our truck, but the way they treated us made us want to purchase another vehicle from them! I 100% recommend them guys if you want to be treated with the upmost at a place you're choosing to spend your money at!

Cordell was excellent. He walked us through different models and options. He took the time to explain everything to us and followed up after we visited. He answered all our questions and was extremely patient.
