I’ve been coming here for a couple years now to get my film developed and scanned. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the prices are normal/reasonable. I’ll continue to come here and I recommend this place!

Love sending my film to be developed here. I do develop only and not cuts, and it only costs me $6 per roll. I scan my own film at home, so I can't speak to those services, but their turn around time for film development has always been next day, and I've been very happy with the results.

I went to them to print out my wedding pictures and they came out very nice! The quality of their work is beyond what I expected. You can get prints at a very low price. They've become my go-to printing shop. The owners are very friendly and kind. They go above and beyond with your needs at the shop. Overall great place!!

I took some 35mm negatives to The Photographic Depot to see if they could be used to process new prints and scan to a digital file. They were from 1988-1998 and some of the original prints had been lost over time. These images meant a lot to me, because they were of my wife and I and she passed away last year. There were images that I really wanted to preserve and use for a photo memory book. When I got them back yesterday, I was in tears with not only getting to view these photos again, but also overjoyed with the quality of the prints and the .jpeg images that were saved to CD. In some cases, the new prints enhanced the originals that I still had. In every case, all of the prints and scanned files were excellent reproductions. The care and time that they took blew me away. Even though these negs were faded to some degree, they took the care and time to work with them and the results were just unbelievable. I am so happy to look at these images, some I haven't seen for years, and relive the wonderful memories of my wife, from our early days together through the first few years of our marriage and early years of being parents. This is a company who believes in the art of photography. You don't see this level of service and dedication to a craft anymore. Thank God for all of you at Photographic Depot. You don't know how much this means to me. I recommend this shop beyond the 5 stars. Professional in every sense, nice people, dedicated to their craft.

We all know film processing has become particularly expensive. However, The Photographic Depot has the best prices for 35mm processing and digital transfers in the Chicagoland area that I've come across.

Great place to get camera gear, Jake and Austin order you whatever you need if they don’t have it. Awesome place for printing as well, though I would try to Amazon as much as you can for the general stuff. They are a really good place for specialty gear

Had an excellent first time experience walked in asking how much it was to get my camera repaired they gave me a range on how much it would run me they requested a 20 dollar down payment then 2 days later got it back very quick and easy very impressed ill be going back many more times

If you need a restoration done that’s the place to go. A perfect job always. Need any slides or movies put on DVD’s, again a great job. Had my wedding movies done there.

This store was amazing! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They're now my only stop for all my photo and video needs.
