I'm new to the area and visited the store for the first time on Sunday October 29th after 10 pm.
Upon entry, I introduced myself to an employee I quickly saw. I asked him if he could point me to the coffee creamer aisle. "Gavin" was very friendly, cheerful & super helpful. Gavin walked me directly to the coffee creamers. I noticed other employee interaction with Gavin as we were walking toward the aisle; loved seeing the teamwork & collaboration!! It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to returning here soon. Thank you so much Gavin!!! 😁

Since Albertsons acquired Jewel, service, cleanliness, and selection within the store has improved markedly. This is a great community-based location.

I love the stores in the suburbs, like this one, people and staff know each other. courteous and friendly people.

I found everything that I needed. The store appeared to be fully stocked with fresh goods. And there was plenty of help. Also I love their baked goods. They always have plenty.

I had an excellent experience with Kaitlynn from Bakeshop. Very knowledgeable about her stuff and helped me when I was looking for stuff. She told me how it was a rush for Super Bowl/Valentine's Day weekend and she handled it because they were well stocked. Great worker and deserves a raise and more. #GoWhiteSox

Best meat slicing I have EVER experienced. Thanks to Kate, I’m feeling fully satisfied with my purchase. I was greeted positively, assisted kindly, and handed my deli snacks in no time at all. I will only be going to Kate for meats & cheeses from this point forward. Would highly recommend to all customers in need of slicing service.

The deli selection is great the people behind the counter where nice. They have a large selection of fruits and vegetables and it's all fresh. Their prices are reasonable their sales are good. The customer service representatives are very nice and knowledgeable and help me out. And make the cashier has very good customer service skills it was very polite. Will shop here again.

It's a decent Jewel, they have Dean's Dairy products and their fresh Polish sausage is pretty good! The people are nice and though some stock is lower its supply chain stuff. So I get it.

Customer service is always lovely. If I could rate my fellow customers, I'd give them a 2/5!!! they're so stuck up, rude, and uppity!!! Self-centered and self-entitled. Those poor workers deserve more credit. Good on them when they stand up for themselves!! Screw the rude customers

I prefer this store of the other competitors. It's always well stocked, I love using the "my mix" to save even more. They always have amazing deals, no one can beat jewel on its prices. Fresh produce and meat section. Friendly service, just overall am amazing store.

Dawn is such a great cashier, she made my experience 5 starts! Woohoo to her!!

This is my Jewel-Osco but I had to post this because this evening I had the most pleasant experience with a young man working at the meat/seafood counter. They were already closed but he very graciously took the time to help me with a question and once I figured out what I was being asked to get (on my grocery list) he went back and got me the item even though the counter was closed.

Exceptional service and just a wonderful attitude. I plan to let the store manager know directly next time I'm in the store.

Love this Jewel, they always have everything I need. Easy to find your items as well ....

We love our local food store as it is small enough yet large Chain store. Good deals every week, we picked up crab legs at $7.99 lb., and filled freezer. They had steaks this week and grabbed some for grilling.

I worked so hard, I made it to top baker. Then my mental illness got the better of me... Then came the letter I got in the mail said, I resigned. That's okay though as after speaking with the store manager I'll get a good reference still..
That's wonderful, after going through the ringe from Hospital to hospital.... Such a terrific store to work for, such a great store to shop at.. Mr. D is a fantastic store manager... Thank you!!!

We looked for a special diet birthday cake, found it @$9.99-a crowd pleaser! Then to the deli for fresh made cole slaw + seafood salad(yum yum yum)! Very nice workers. We are aware of our spending outlay and so reserve JewelOsco for only the best!

Even with Thanksgiving approaching, this Jewel store had everything I needed. Prices and quality of produce far better than it used to be in my opinion. Had some new items, too. Always interesting here.

OMG - I haven't been to this Jewel in about 6 months! I had been sick from the deli 2 separate times (after waiting 20 minutes!) and I was truly grossed out to shop there. Last week i was in a hurry and only needed a couple staple items...WOW! I am so beyond thrilled to see the new and improved deli, salad bar, cold/freeze cases and the new layout. How refreshing - thank you for doing this. I live around the corner and will be back!
