Ippatsu salon

I have never gotten a better haircut at any other salon than Ippatsu Salon! This was my first curly cut, done beautifully by Mackenzie (I hope I spelled your name right) and at such an amazing price as well. The salon was clean, staff were friendly, and the location was so nice! As a student at U of I, it can be hard to find good haircut locations that offer a variety, especially to those with mixed, textured hair. I would recommend going to this salon; I will be sure to come back as long as I am in college. Amazing 10/10 ☺

Ippatsu is amazing! The aesthetic is inviting and fun. Tori always makes me happy with color and style for my hair. She takes her time to make sure you get the look you want. Tristan is my absolute go to for eyebrow waxing and tinting. Her facials are truly rejuvenating and make my skin look and feel beautiful. The skin care line Tristan uses is wonderful and I now buy consistently. I highly recommend Ippatsu for all your salon and spa needs!

In my short time in Champaign, IL, Tori was my Hair Stylist! She is the best! Super kind and does wonderful curly cuts on my curly hair! She did an amazing balayage as well! I am so sad to have to find another hair dresser in moving away because nobody will replace her!!! I definitely recommend Tori at Ippatsu Salon!

FOREVER been my go to. Lindsay and the crew at Ippatsu are amazing. They listen to what you want, they ask questions about the styling throughout the cut, they care, and they know their products! HIGHLY recommend going to see Lindsay.

My stylist was Delsie, they did an amazing job! I have wavy hair and I wanted to enhance the texture of my hair and add layers, and I am really happy with the cut I got :) Its difficult finding a stylist who knows how to work with textured hair, and so if you're also looking for one I recommend them

Tristan is a phenomenal aesthetician. She made the first ever wax appointment I had a lot less scary. My knowledge of beauty care and skin regiments was nonexistent, and Tristan was nothing but patient and kind in helping me start a routine.

If you haven’t tried a facial with Tristan, you must. It is so relaxing and she will personalize it to meet your needs. I’ve done it multiple times and also gifted it to my 21 year old granddaughter. .

I've been seeing Delsie for over six months now, and they never fail to deliver. As someone with that hard-to-manage combo of wavy and curly hair, their DevaCut is well worth the higher price point. Delsie gave me layers that give me lots of movement and volume, without the triangle-look that happens with improperly cut curly hair. I've been in the process of lightening my hair as well, and my hair feels really healthy!

I feel informed about every service performed on my hair. I love the products they use in-salon, and I trust Delsie with my hair more than anyone else. I can talk about anything while I'm sitting in the chair (I even brought in my crochet one time) and I feel relaxed and taken care of. I can't speak any higher of this salon, seriously. Check them out!

You have to book a facial with Tristen! My kids encouraged me to do something to pamper myself. Ive spent the last 35+years not taking care of my skin, using hand soap to wash my face, no skin care routine, no sunscreen-but spending as much time in the sun as I can. I purposely don’t look in the mirror because I don’t like what I see. When I do look, I see “old”. Tristen’s service spoiled me with a warm bed, several different treatments to address my skin concerns, a face, neck, arm, hand and shoulder massage PLUS the knowledge and products I needed to love my skin again. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and beautiful. Thank you Tristen! Delsie takes care of my curls. Their Diva cut skills are unmatched! All of the stylists and staff at Ippatsu are so friendly and welcoming! Can’t wait for my next appointments!!

I love Tristins energy while she makes my face feels like silk during our facial sessions. The almost painless sugaring(instead of waxing) session for my armpits, legs, and face doesn’t hurt either!!!! Thank you!

I’ve been getting my hair done here for a long time and I will not go anywhere else. I got a facial for the first time and I have never felt better. I came in with a tension headache and it was completely gone afterwards. I could not recommend it enough💙

I love this Salon! I really love the new location too!! Delsey gave me an awesome color and cut today. She really took her time and gave me a GREAT cut - and the color is exactly what I wanted as well. She was very friendly and she really is an amazing stylist. Everyone is super friendly there! Tori is AH-mazing! She understands the haircut I want and does a phenomenal job with my hair color. I don’t like to bleach my hair so she dyes my hair without bleach and it looks bomb! She is also very polite and has an easygoing manner. I recommend her to everyone :D
