A an extremely laid-back shopping experience, which is what both me and my spouse look for when we're going out for large purposes. James checked us out and was super helpful. They arranged for a third party pickup company representative to meet us in person at the store to arrange delivery. The prices were about half anywhere else we looked for the same quality of merchandise. Extremely satisfied with the experience!
