The entire process from start to finish was impressive. Ginny and the staff of Rogards really made us feel important. Our selection is durable, comfortable and colorful and we are super pleased with the office furniture.

I appreciate the fantastic customer service our civil engineering office receives from Rogards. Rare mistakes are easily and quickly corrected, and they go out of their way to help us order just the right products, according to our specialized needs. And a review would not be complete without mentioning Joey's excellent delivery service. Again, he goes out of his way to put heavy paper boxes and supplies where we need them, always with a big smile and a kind word!

They always go above and beyond. Rogards associates are helpful, pleasant, not pushy. If they are out of an item they will help me by finding a substitute for the item. They also help me with our past ordering history.

We had some chairs under warranty and we called and emailed to get them serviced. They were out the the same week to look at and and pick up the chairs. Kory was very friendly, helpful and courteous! He went above and beyond checking on other chairs in the office! He returned the one chair wrapped in plastic, fixed and cleaned to where it looked brand new! He changed the wheels as well, and we didn't even ask him to! He said he had the parts and it looked like they needed replaced! He then took another chair to fix and explained everything so thoroughly! It is great to see there is still great customer care out there! Highly recommend Rogards! Thank you again to all the staff, but especially Kory for going above and beyond!!

Our company ordered two bookcases from Rogards and were immensely satisfied with the products, process, and customer service. We had considered slightly cheaper ones from Amazon, Walmart, and other online vendors but we were interested in supporting a local company. This was the best decision overall as the product is very solidly built (holds heavy equipment manuals), and it came mostly preassembled. Plus, our delivery experience was top-notch. The delivery driver offloaded with a dolly, carefully maneuvered this large piece to the right office, then also offered to remove all the packaging and put it in the corner where we wanted it. Our company uses Rogards very often for our office supplies, etc., and we have been thrilled with their customer service and product availability. Every time we've had an issue or question, staff members have responded in a prompt and helpful manner, and we are happy to keep doing business with them. Most supplies we have ordered come 1-2 days after ordering, which is very convenient when we are working on deadlines, etc. We'd recommend this business to others, and we will gladly continue turning to Rogards for our office supply needs.

Amazing Customer Service! I place an orders with Rogards at least once a week. The orders are delivered on time the next day, the quality of the products are always exactly what is expected. 2 years ago I purchased a custom chair from rogards. I had a wonderful experience working with them to come up with a custome chair that fit my needs. As someone who is disabled, having a chiar that addesses my use and comfort needs is essential. Rogards walked me through the enitre process, helped me make choices, and saved me nearly 300 dollars the marketed price.

2 years later, the chiar had an issue with the arm breaking, and thanks to the excellent repair policy at rogards, they had a new arm ordered, came to my home to do the repair, and kept in constant contact throughout the entire process.

If you are considering purchasing an office chair, look no further. The staff here knows their stuff and will make sure you get exactly what you need. Don't waste your time going to a big box store and buying something out of the box, you'll just get garabage, and you won't have anyone there when it breaks in a few weeks.
