I experienced good people service when Brian was working but now they have attitude an not very good people service.

On several occasions I have been in, and Skye who works there is the one I will only deal with. Super positive attitude, sweet, nice smile, generally very knowledgeable. I've gotten some great deals at this place, I do automotive mechanical work on the side and have saved a lot of money on professional grade tools and car audio equipment as well. Good selection of movies too!

Brian and Brandon were great! I showed up at 7p and they graciously let me come in and do business. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and will keep coming back! Best PAWN in town!!

I have been coming to this place for years and have seen employees come and go. The last few times I’ve been there Sky has been extra friendly and professional. Her presence makes you want to stay and shop for more. I was very pleased with my service today.

I love The Pawn King in Urbana! Jovanah is amazing😊 She always gives the best customer service! I am a regular custome, this is the only Pawn Shop I go to because of the customer service. I've never had a bad experience. All of the staff are friendly which is very hard to find anymore. They are always fair on their pricing and work with you during hard times.

I came in on or around the 24th of May to trade in an old laptop and find some sort of a desktop for my growing writing business. Tony, one of the newer guys there, was INCREDIBLY helpful. He answered all of my questions and made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. He ever helped me find the right cables for the desktop when, after initially leaving, I discovered I came home with the cords for a different HP desktop. Appreciate the level of hospitality, professionalism, and "A-1 service" I was provided with. Best pawn shop team in all of Champaign-Urbana! I WILL be back!

Ladies, if you are a deal hound like me and love things that sparkle, do yourself a favor and stop in here. I've found some amazing pieces to add to my jewelry collection for a fraction of retail(won't EVER pay retail again!)...Javona and her staff are always great to work with, willing to let you try things on and find the right item, and offer great terms if you want to do a layaway on something special. Huge shout out to Bianca and Javona for excellent customer service on my recent purchase of a *GORGEOUS* sapphire ring, a very pretty opal set in rose gold and diamonds, and a magnificent pair of gold and diamond earrings....I'm looking like Grandma Got-Rocks over here....what did I REALLY spend? I'll never tell...but I'll be going back soon :-) Thank you, Javona and crew!

One of the better pawn shops I have been to. I went in to sell a guitar amplifier and was offered a much more fair price than I have come to expect from other pawn shops in central Illinois. I was treated very nicely by the clerk Javona that was on duty. I ended up spending some time looking around and actually found some very nice kitchen appliances for my new home including a Ninja blender and a kitchen aid mixer (they had a few) that I got for a steal. I will definitely be returning to Pawb King a few more times over the next couple of weeks. Definitely recommend this place!

Ayyye Pawn King is where it's at & Miss Gloria is that Pawn queen honeyyy 👸🏾 I was ina real bind before I came and they graciously did everything what they could for me ! They offered fair prices, stayed professional, but made me feel right at home at the same time ♡ and I might or might not have already been there twice in 24 hrs 😘

I love this pawn shop my husband purchased my first engagement ring that he proposed to me with from the store and then when I lost that ring from us moving my husband turned around and went back to pranking and thanks to the awesome general manager there she helped him find me a beautiful wedding band and wedding ring I fully appreciate it because I love my ring so much and she also is very skilled with computers and I've always had problems with my computer's and she's always been there to help I love this place Pawn King is awesome they're very affordable and they're very nice and even though they are the people that work there the general manager and assistant manager they're very helpful very hard-working and driven they get the job done

My experience was absolutely great my Daughter loved her new ps4 slim and I will be back to purchase that 55" TV I had my eye on... Thanks again for wonderful customer service.
