I’ve have nothing but good things to say about this tax preparation company. The most important thing for me is keeping the IRS away and because Shavounda is so thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to tax preparation she fixed a lot of things my past preparer messed up on and last year I didn’t owe and this year will be getting a return. Thanks NWI Tax.

My experience was below average. Shavounda lacks proper communication skills and is unresponsive to calls/emails.
