Hortons Ace Hardware

I highly recommend this location, they have an amazing variety of lighting, mirrors and decor. I was there over the weekend looking for lights and mirrors for my bathroom a lot of styles to choose from.

Absolutely a wonderful place to walk into and shop always seem to be marveled at the hygiene an updating of all of its products very well kept organized clean store very very impressed as well as the Ace Hardware downstairs absolutely organized and clean very friendly people If I can give you 10 stars I would just love the place Clean organized up-to-date nice products

I visit this hardware store far too frequently. It has a very good selection of lighting on the top floor (along with seasonal items) and practically all the hardware you could possibly need in the very well lit basement. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always eager to help (and very good at doing so!). Yes, I visit those big box stores, but only if I can't get it at Hortons. If it helps to think of the Dr. Seuss story to remember the name, why not? But really, it's the LaGrange Ace hardware and it's the best around!

This is a great location with great deals. Every few moments someone would ask us if we needed assistance with anything. The staff is clearly very well trained and very friendly and helpful.

Ace was what I need and the staff knows right where the items are at ,you don't have to hunt for anything.

Love this place. Come and see the amazing Christmas tree displays and all the trimmings. Hortons always has a selection of lights and decor for whatever holiday season is upon us.

I recently visited Hortons and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. There were lots of options to choose from, so you can find anything you need there. The place was also visually appealing, making for a pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend Hortons!

Great store it was so busy I needed a part for my air conditioner and called all over ,Sure enough Ace is the Place .The price was 50% off and they held it for me.The sales team was so helpful. I highly recommend this store. Between Ace Hardware and You Tube I saved hundreds of dollars. and the Capacitor I needed was more powerful than the original. All in all it was a great experience.

Hortons has great, dare I say AMAZING, customer service. If you are a Preferred Customer, you don’t even need your receipt to return anything! No hassle returns are my favorite part of life. The lighting selection is vast. There are so many different styles for different tastes. Everything is so unique. All of the stuff is very high quality! Their selection of decor is also amazing and very high quality. Beware, seasonal stuff sells out really quickly! They also sell a variety of local items from The Grommet which is very cool! Downstairs there is an Ace Hardware which has all your essentials from screws to dish soap to Tupperware. The guys downstairs are amazing at giving helpful advice and are always very friendly and knowledgeable. To top it all off, the cashier team is great. Especially a cashier coincidentally named Faith. She was very helpful and efficient.

We have been in here a couple of times looking for light fixtures for our new home. Every single person we have talked to has been super knowledgeable, friendly, and have gone out of their way to help us make the right selections. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality light fixtures.

Nice place always can get help if you need it,if they don't have it they will order it!

Main floor is all lighting. We spent half an hour just walking around looking at all the beautiful choices. Prices ran from $20 for novelty lighting into thousands for chandeliers. We didn't even make it to ACE on the lower level but I imagine it was as well staffed as the lighting section.

High end store for lighting, lawn furniture, indoor furniture, home decor and lots more and a regular hardware store. The gentleman downstairs are superior at customer service. Always willing to ask if you need help. Good guys.

The first floor has all the lighting you could imagine, but much of it is at a premium! The basement houses the Ace hardware where you'll find some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people around. They have an excellent variety of tools, hardware, and home homes on display and available and is one of the larger Ace stores around. Prices are fair and service is great. It's literally a hidden gem in downtown Lagrange!

Very nice over the phone and the same man helped put the wheels on the cart! He knew what he was talking about.

This store is in touch with your needs. There is nothing "routine ho -hum" here - you are the reason they come to work & it is effective. We wanted a 2430 coin-style battery & they had several to choose from. (No one else anywhere actually had them)

Joe was extremely helpful troubleshooting lighting issues on our fan that we had previously purchased at this store. With his expertise we were able to solve our problem quickly and with an inexpensive solution. Thank you Joe for your excellent service!
