We had a glogged sink, which turned out to be the design of the faucet. After an hour of work we were not charged because the problem was not solved. He worked very hard and we were impressed with him. When we bought a new faucet we called Whalen back. He was quick, timely, professional and personable. We highly recommend this company

I had a dripping shower head. Mike Williams sent a 22 year old who wouldn't even open the fixture. They quoted me $1552.00 to put a hole in the shower and weld in a new fixture.

So I called John Whalen of Whalen Plumbing (he answered his own phone after 5pm!); John fixed the leak the next morning and charged me only $121.00... Whalen Plumbing next time, and every time!

Water leaking from ceiling below bathroom. Called the plumber, he came the next day, did some tests and declared that it probably wasn't a leaking pipe, and that a splash guard for the tub would fix the leak. John refused payment, even though he came out and lent his expertise. I ordered and installed the splash guard myself, which was easy and solved the problem.
