I can't say enough good things about this company. We recently had the hot water heater tank, kitchen sink, and faucet replaced. Tanner, a plumber with 217, came out both times. He was very personable, efficient, and did a fantastic job. He also shopped for all the items and ordered exactly what we described to him we wanted. This made the whole process so much easier for us. We also just had Richard, a carpenter with 217, come over to look at some doors and windows we need fixed. He really seemed very knowledgeable and let us know how the repairs would work. Also, gave us some tips on a couple of little things 217 could do for us to help keep our home safe. Overall, I am totally impressed with 217 especially Tanner and Richard! A little pricey, but isn't everything now. I'm confident in the fact that the work was done properly and that's worth the price to me. Thank you Tanner, Richard, and 217!

Excellent work - bathroom remodel. Our family has worked with 217 for several years. Prior work included replacement of our furnace and water heater and and servicing minor plumbing and AC issues. When we learned that a leak under our bathtub required replacement of our bathtub, we got estimates from several other companies. 217 was not the lowest, however they impressed us with their knowledge of the problem and we had trusted them with other big jobs in the past. So, we decided to have 217 perform the work. The project required demolition of the existing bathtub and shower wall surround, repairing a leak, mitigating water damage and mold/mildew on the slab, installing the new bathtub and shower surround, installing a new glass sliding door, installing new fixtures (faucets, shower heads, etc.,), and patching up all the drywall to make it paint-ready. The plumbing crew removed the old tub efficiently and had fixed the drain and installed the new bathtub by the end of the first day. Then Richard and the construction crew went above and beyond to ensure the finished product exceeded our expectations. The folks in the office (Cameron, Tony) were courteous and prompt in their communications, and they took the time to answer all our questions and respond to all our concerns. Overall, we are very happy with the work 217 performed and would recommend them to others looking for a local company providing high-quality work and good customer service.

They really did a great job removing the old fixtures and replacing it with brand new ones with beautiful new floors!

We called 217 based on a recommendation and had a very positive experience. Their staff was always courteous and timely. 217 went above and beyond to research the repair we needed so we didn’t spend more than necessary. They also went the extra mile to make sure that our back-up system would function while waiting for parts for the repair. We were impressed every step of the way and highly recommended them!

We went to 217 Inc. after our furnace needed replacement and they were wonderful throughout the process. Jake was great with helping us get an estimate on multiple different replacement options and was very helpful with answering our questions. The crew that came out and did the install was also very helpful and polite.

Very quick response. Extremely professional and knowledgeable on HVAC from the office to the technician. They had an opening prior to scheduled time and were able to come earlier than expected. James identified and fixed our issue quickly at a price I found to be fair. I will be continuing on a service plan with 217 and look forward to future dealings with this company (just hopefully not as an emergency again…).

Great communication. On time. Guys were very nice. Correct estimate for how long the job would take. And cost was about what was expected. I've tried a few different plumbers for things over the past few years trying to find one that could be my new go-to. I finally found them!

I've been using contractors for various home improvement projects for 30 years. I've seen the good, the bad and the truly horrid. These days, its especially difficult to find qualified and responsive contractors. The good folks at 217 Inc are really, really top notch. They are true professionals and skills craftsmen who respond to the task at hand in a thoughtful and timely manner. We've used them on two jobs now, most recently to replace a bay window, and hope to do so again in the future. Two thumbs up!

These guys are great! Before any work was done they already made efforts to reach out and work with me. Even adjusting to my particular needs. I can already assume the quality of the work is great because I know the competition well. I'll definitely confirm that and you'll hear from me.

We've had the guys from 217 come out now several times. We've gotten duct work cleaning throughout the house, estimates on replacing two toilets, installing a waterline and two gas lines for the stove and dryer. These guys are great! Very friendly yet professional, on time, and VERY reasonable rates. I think it's safe to say we will continue to call 217 for ALL of our homes issues. Personally, I do like the thought of having just one place to call that will handle pretty much EVERYTHING! Thank you 217 for always being available to talk about specific issues, and then making sure it's all taken care of. Where have you been all my life!? LOL

217, Inc is the BEST!! They have an amazing staff of wonderful, caring folks. Seth and Rich were fantastic and I feel like I have made some new friends after my installation yesterday. We called for a toilet issue, they sent someone out the same day! Called before coming to give us an ETA. Showed up on time. Repair was resolved quickly. Overall great job.

Installation was smooth and the installers were faboulous! They explained the work they were doing, and why they were doing it, and were so helpful with my questions as well as helping to set up my smart thermostat. Would highly recommend!

We recently purchased a new build and wanted to find a trustworthy plumbing and HVAC company to keep our home in top shape. 217 came highly recommended to us and I can see why! They have always been very responsive when we have called and quick to schedule things that we need. We had a back up sump pump installed and had a fantastic plumber that not only did a thorough job but explained the whole process to us in detail. We also just had an inspection of our HVAC unit and the technician was also wonderful- he was detailed in his work and took the time to answer the large amount of questions I had about our system. I am very thankful to have found a company as wonderful as 217 with amazing employees and am looking forward to using them for all our future plumbing and HVAC needs!

The installment of our new heat pump and furnace went very well. Steve helped us with follow-up questions about using the new thermostat and filter replacement swiftly. We are happy.

217 has been my go-to plumbing maintenance/repair company. Tanner came out earlier this morning and took care of all my issues quickly. He was very professional, personable, and easy to communicate with. Really appreciate the office staff I talk to (I mainly speak with Cameron) and how willing they are to try to help out and get back to me so quickly.

217, Inc. was wonderful! I had a water leak/plumbing emergency and they responded very quickly. Billy came out and right away determined the issue. He thoroughly explained it and what options I had. Jordan came to my home and did a thorough job to see what was needed to get my gas furnace operating properly. He replaced my furnace filter with the proper one needed, and then went back to the office to get and replace my blower capacitor! Being a single female home owner, I have had Heating & Air Companies try to take advantage of me. I am so thankful for Jordan at 217, Inc. and recommend their service for anyone needing service on their furnace!
