We visited my Great-Grandparents' graves here in October, 2020. Since we had not been there before I contacted the office for help finding them. They were extremely helpful and even provided me a map that showed exactly where their graves were located. They couldn't have been any nicer! We thought the cemetery was well maintained.

This is william Roderick I'm not sure what is going on with every one and I'm staying out of it but I have family members out there thay loved the cemetery thay wanted to be laid rest in peace there if it was good enough for them it would be good enough for me. I had some questions about the up keep and maintenance and I talk to Lindsey she explain to me what's going on and I'm good with that. Some one ran in to my mom and dad head stone tore it up bad and I contacted Lindsey once again thay apologized for what happen not there fault it happened after we made few calls back and forth lindsey insure me it would be taking care of and it sure was thank you very much lindsey.

Woodlawn is a very old cemetery, a small on property Chapel, maintenance crew shop with office. Some large old monuments. Even has old in ground storage for the deceased for winter months when ground was too frozen to dig back in days before backhoes and grave warmers. The deceased were stored till spring, and the ground crew could dig the graves. When you drive the south rd you can see big wooden door in the ground. Lincoln Memorial Gardens even though you can enter it from Lincoln Ave it is also apart of Woodlawn cemetery.

Visited my mom’s grave in Lincoln cemetery as did many on Mother’s Day. It was horrible, I don’t think the grass had been cut this season! Big holes and dips so you could not walk without twisting your ankles. Everyone was upset. A man felt bad and he pulled out an edger from his truck and started cutting around headstones. Called the office and the rudest person EVER said it’s fixed! There’s nothing I can do! Perhaps an apology? I’m sorry you had to go through that? I had to hang up!’ Sad if she handled it differently I would not be on here or Facebook letting people know!

My mothers grave is no longer visible due to the debris surrounding it, this is unacceptable! No one answers your calls and they should be ashamed of their lack of caring for family members. Look at the mounds of dirt and my mothers headstone is nowhere to be seen!

This cemetery used to be so pretty and pleasant. A family member was buried here years ago and we decided to visit the grave a few days ago.
As we left, we noticed a terrible stench. We could see white smoke start to fill the entire cemetery and as we got closer to the exit, we could see what looked to be a "controlled" brush burn on the property, only a very short distance away from several graves. The smell was horrible, and this was at about 3pm on a weekday, when temperatures were past 90 degrees. We understand that upkeep is important, but maybe this could have been done either at a different time, a cooler day, or if that could not be done then temporarily close the gates so that relatives of the deceased are not exposed to thick smoke and nearby fire. This was not very welcoming or safe.
We did leave a message for the office with our concerns and nobody returned our call. We are disgusted with the way they must think this is acceptable.

They invite you to come into the office, but there is a sign on the office door that reads to make an appointment before coming. My Mother's grave stone was damaged by the cemetery tractor. I contacted the cemetery office in February, filed a grievance in March, was told the stone would be picked up for repairs before Memorial Day, and it wasn't picked up, it's still there and still damaged. I would like contact information for the owner of the property so I can file a grievance with him/her directly.

Usually doesn't take care of the property for holidays. Here for Mother's Day and they didn't have the decency to mow the grass.

The lawn at Wood”lawn” is a disgrace as of May 21, 2019. I will include a picture if I can. This is the week of Memorial Day and they take no pride in keeping it presentable. It was not always this way. Has their customer service gone downhill like everything else? Definitely do a drive through before you decide to bury a loved one here.

Dear Owner,
You and I did not discuss anything. You are referring to my sister, Robin. There are 5 of us and we’re just getting started on letting the public know how much pride you take in your business. You asked me what I was upset about. Did you even look at the pictures? If this doesn’t upset you then it’s appalling and if you think this is cleaned up then it’s appalling. These pictures were taken on May 21, 2019. The grounds should have never been left like this.

I called 2 to inquire about my brother grave. My brother went there to the actual cemetery and couldn't locate the grave site. He called as well and as of today we haven't heard from anyone. I would really like them to check the answering machine and return our calls.
