Frontlines Adjusters got our roof fully approved and our gutters fully approved. I was initially skeptical because our roof was 25 years old and and didn't know how they would prove there was hail damage from that storm on an older roof but they documented everything in detail and really proved to the insurance that there was sufficient damage on all exteriors of the house. It ended up being a super easy process and I would use them again. I have a neighbor who filed a claim on their own and they were denied, these guys are the real deal when it comes to your property/ exteriors. New Roof and Gutters look great.

I worked with Frontline Adjusters to get a new roof and gutters. Initially we did not even think we would have hail damage, but after working with Frontline they were able to prove that there was sufficient hail and wind damage on our roof. Not only did they get us approved for a new roof but full new gutters as well. It was a great service that I would recommend using and we got a new roof and gutters worth 25k for under 500$.

I was impressed with Frontline Adjuster’s team to help me with the roof installation. Nathan Germain came to my home asked me if I need to inspect and change the roof after the hailstorm. He is absolutely professional, he helped me inspect the roof, contacted with my insurance company, got all things done perfectly! He is very helpful, responsive and reliable. After my claim has been approved , Matt Russo came and explained every single details of my claim. This is the first time I changed my roof, I had no idea about my claim. But he is so professional and patient to answer all my questions. And the roofing team was amazing, they were punctual and serious about their work. The day they came was very hot, they installed the roof neatly and cleaned up all the debris. I am so satisfied with my new roof! I highly recommend Nathan and Frontline. They did awesome job!

This was my first experience having a roof replaced, and working with a public adjuster. John Abbott and his team walked me through the claim process, answering my many questions completely and honestly. They were on-time (actually early) for every appointment and presented a professional image. Frontline worked directly with my insurance company and kept me in-the-loop throughout the process. My inquiries were always quickly answered. Their construction partner, Greater Good Restoration, was equally impressive. The five-person roofing team worked until after 8 PM the first day of installation, and then returned at 7 AM sharp the next morning to finish up some details. The team appeared experienced, well organized, and showed respect for my property. They worked well together and had a good attitude. On the windy day of installation, I observed one worker chasing down blown debris in neighbor lawns as far as a block away from my home. John resolved one minor installation issue immediately, and to my complete satisfaction. The associated gutter replacement was also quick and professional. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with how Frontline Adjusters handled my claim for a roofing job. Patrick Bigoness was incredibly helpful and responsive. He answered all of my questions, and was my main point of contact throughout the entire process, making the process incredibly easy for me as he and Frontline dealt with my insurance company and their adjuster, as well as the roofing company they work with, which did an exceptional job installing the roof (and cleaning up when they were done). Patrick would check in regularly with updates, and would answer all of my questions within 24 hours, but usually within just a few hours. I highly recommend Patrick and Frontline for their professionalism and outstanding communication throughout the process of filing a claim and having a new roof installed. A+ job all around.

They made the process of processing a hail damage claim with my insurance company and the roof repair process so simple -- I didn't have to do anything except pick the color of my replacement roof (and they gave good suggestions on that front too!). Working with Jason was great. If you are looking for professionals who will handle the entire process, I definitely recommend Frontline!

My roof was hit by hail a couple of months ago. Chris came out checked the roof. He let me know the roof needed to be replaced. My experience with Frontline was fantastic. Frontline worked with my insurance to get me approved for the new roof. Greater Good Restoration did the replacement of the roof. They were fair and fast. I would recommend them. I live in Ashland Park Champaign Illinois. They have working on several houses in the subdivision. They look all look well done.

Richard Villarreal inspected our roof. He knew his stuff. He was very personable yet professional. He did not pressure us one way or the other, but expressed confidence that the insurance company would need to give us a new roof. He told us he would handle it completely, and he did. He set up the meeting between him and our insurance agent on our roof, and clearly informed us of the process. When the roof was installed, he came by and checked it for us. Richard will make sure you get the best possible deal, and that it’s done right, beginning to end.

At first I was skeptical as I am with all door to door salesman but after having a few days to think about it and reading the reviews of frontline adjusters I decided to go with it. So glad I went with them, Brandon made the process smooth and dealt with the insurance and kept me updated. The roofing and siding look great! Would 10/10 recommend them.

I was very happy with Patrick Bigoness (Frontline Adjusters). Very honest, very efficient, very professional. He asked that I refer my insurance adjuster to him when they called with questions. He would be my buffer as many insurance claim people try to minimize damage. It worked to my advantage to have someone who spoke their language and met with them on my roof to point out the damage. No problems whatsoever. I have a feeling that had I been the novice homeowner working with claim adjuster, result would not have been the same. Highly recommend Patrick to anyone seeking an honest appraisal.

When a hail storm hit our house during the summer of 2020, my wife and I were clueless on who to contact. With companies coming by everyday, we were overwhelmed. When Chris Owens at Frontline stopped by, he articulately explained the process and what to expect. Most impressive was his timeliness. Frontline fought to have our fence fixed, and they completed all work in a timely manner. I would recommend his entire team for any work again.
