I have my business covered by Prairieland Insurance through a Travelers policy. My representative is Matthew and I have nothing but good things to say. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt confident he recommended me the right plan at a great price. I, unfortunately, got robbed earlier this year and notified Matt shortly after. He was very communicative about the next steps and helped me process a claim after I told him about the incident. Since Prairieland works with so many insurance carriers, we are often able to find our clients better coverage at competitive prices. When we reviewed my prior policies and coverages, I was able to get far better coverage than what I got from my previous major carrier. I moved to Urbana-Champaign last year with my young family and was extremely nervous and confused with choosing the right insurance plan for us. Having an infant baby made it all the more anxious.
