Most amazing florist I have used. I won't use anybody else locally. They took responsibility for a mistake and turned it into a positive for me.

The last order was special. I asked for a custom order. Having no idea what to expect, they went above and beyond. Well worth the money and they even put in a personal touch based in my message on the card. See photos.

I live in TX, but with numerous family members in IL, I have used this florist many times to get the right personal touch on my floral needs.

Blossom Basket created a beautiful arrangement for my mother's memorial service. The quality and quantity of flowers were outstanding! I won't go anywhere else for flowers in this area.

They were really friendly and helpful on the phone. The flowers were delivered quickly and the arrangement was absolutely stunning!

As a florist, sometimes we too have personal events that we need assistance with. This was the case last week when a family friend was taken to the hospital in Urbana. Blossom Basket Florist did an absolutely beautiful arrangement when we called them. We gave Blossom Basket a designers choice, masculine order. Very helpful place to get flowers

Blossom Basket Florist is the best! I am from out of state and occasionally order for someone in the area, and the orders I have gotten are so beautiful and abundant. My friend sends me pictures and they never cease to amaze me with their beauty.

My wife has been receiving flowers from me ordered from Blossom Basket for a few years now. They have always turned out very Beautiful and I or my wife have never been disappointed in the quality of the flowers or the service from the person who takes the order all the way to the delivery driver. If you want quality, professionalism, and convenience, order from here. You won't be disappointed! And remember Gentlemen, never send flowers when you are in trouble!! They don't mean the same as if you just sent them on a random day just to let her know you love her and you are thinking about only her.

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday from out of state. Everything was online so I didn’t really talk to anyone but the order was perfect and delivered next day. Quick and easy! The arrangement was gorgeous! I picked florist’s choice and told them that my mom’s favorite color was yellow. She was very happy! Thank you!

The flowers that were delivered were nice, but it was not close to what was ordered. Disappointing that the substitution was almost the entire bouquet given that I chose an arrangement from the companies website.

The owner took the time to call and offer a new arrangement following my previous negative review. I did not accept this replacement arrangement, but I decided to try Blossom Basket again a year later for a flower arrangement. This time the flowers were as advertised and they were exceptional quality.

I ordered a floral arrangement off their website for my daughters birthday. They were having trouble getting my payment to go through. Thankfully they took the time to contact me and let me know that there was a problem. I took care of the situation and called them back. They reran my card and had the courtesy to call me again to let me know that everything was fine. My daughter received her flowers and she immediately sent me a picture of them. She was amazed at how beautiful and large the arrangement was! I will definitely order from them again and would most definitely recommend them !

Used this company to deliver flowers from my work (Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice) to an incredible person who is 15 hours away from me. It was super easy to use the online ordering system. There was an issue with the delivery and Rick called to connect with me on it. He was super friendly and helpful. He bent over backwards & went out of his way to make sure that the flowers were delivered on time. Very well run and will definitely use them again! Thanks Blossom Basket! =)

We live about 2 1/2 hours away and phoned Blossom Basket to send flowers to our daughter. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and assured me that they would take good care of my request. The arrangement that was delivered to our daughter was beautiful. I will definitely be using Blossom Basket again.

I called to order a plant from our church family for two of our dear church members and friends who had just lost their son. It was to be delivered to their home. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was wanting. I spoke with Terry and told her our friends loved the outdoors and gardening; trees, plants, etc. We talked about price range. She suggested a nice burgundy mum and if I wanted something fuller, she had a lavender aster plant that she could make in to a double plant. It was perfect. It was delivered the same day and I received the bill and confirmation promptly, also the same day. She was so nice, and extremely helpful, along with patient, as I tried to decide what we wanted. Friendly customer service ranks high with me and Blossom Basket truly deserves 5 stars!

I received a dozen red roses on one of the coldest days of the year, and I can’t praise this florist enough for the care they took in assuring a safe delivery of perfect blooms. They called twice and came to the door to make sure I was home before bringing the flowers, fully protected, to me. A week later, the roses are still perfect, fragrant, the best I have ever received. And I’ve seen many roses. Kudos!!!!

Amazing customer service!!! Beautiful arrangement. I called 5 places and couldn't believe how awful the customer service was. Blossom Basket responded right away and worked with our budget and suggested wonderful ideas. Super reliable, they were the only place I didn't worry or had to call to make sure my arrangement would be there at the time requested. Will only be buying flowers from them going forward.

While I do not live in C-U, my job and many of my friends are from the area. It's wonderful that I've found a quality florist that I trust to make beautiful arrangements for all my different needs. I first trusted Blossom Basket with my wedding almost 7 years ago, and since then for several birthdays, babies, and parties.
