The Carle team that helped Dr. Cusick with my knee replacement you guys were great and the team work omg it was awesome and I would like to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Lorean (PT), Loreal (Nurse), Logan (Nurse) occupational therapy dept. Faith (Nurse), Yokie (Nurse) and last but not least my home Physical therapy Nurse (March) she's excellent. You guys are awesome once again and Thanks ❤

Carle saved me and my baby's life! I delivered at 26 weeks when preeclamptic with HELLP Syndrome. Absolutely love the nurses on the labor and delivery floor as well as in the NICU. Had great experiences post delivery with the OB, too.

95% of the Doctors, Nurses were very helpful and understanding. 40% of the CNA, Aides, Caregivers? Were not very helpful. I had a nurse have 1 not to come back in the room. Very rude. Horrible bedside manners.

This place has gone downhill FAST! Tried to see the Dr. the last six months and is always 30-45 min late. I can't wait, I have a full time job to pay for the bills I'm getting slapped with. Thanks for nothing Carle, canceling my rescheduled appointment and going elsewhere.

I wish the physicians and staff at Emergency Room at carle hospital read and follow the great philosopher Hippocrates notes about how a physician should conduct himself, as well as his moral and ethical obligations towards his patients (read page 126-127 of the 2023 text by Kay R Jamison’s title “Fires in the Dark”

Usually have a good experience, but their ultrasound department is extremely not trauma informed and do not care about clients who are survivors of trauma.

12/26/2021 I checked in to the ED at 2am and it's now 906 am and I am still in waiting room. I will update as the time goes by. I finally got brought back to a room at 923am. I got seen by the doc at 1040am

Sad excuse for a hospital. The nurses are entry level,and treat patients and family like garbage. This has to come from the admin level. .
