2 weeks ago we bought our first Genesis, but our 5th car from Jared Shaw. He is the best, and the main reason for our longstanding relationship with this dealer. We have also worked several times with finance manager Yasin Ali, also a class act.

I’m not much of a review writer, but I had to say I had an amazing experience at this dealership, specifically with Cole H. I walked in fully prepped to deal with the typical car salesman tactics and never once dealt with that. Was asked what cars I was interested in, given the keys to the cars, and was able to test drive on my own. I ended up purchasing a 2023 GV70 and the entire process from start to finish was extremely simple and painless. Every person I spoke with was extremely friendly and accommodating. When it came time to take delivery of the car I had a one on one training with a Genesis expert, which came in handy as the car has a TON of technology. I have always sworn myself to the German carmakers, but now I’m not sure I could go back! Genesis is definitely a quiet leader in the luxury car market!

Great overall experience: from communication, to the test drive, to the entire purchase process. It was a drive to get there, and I have several Genesis dealers more local to me, but it was worth the drive to receive that level of service! Awesome customer service! Before buying my 2023 G80 I’ve heard a lot about Genesis lack of service. But it is definitely not about these guys. Always follow up, always care about what you need! On my first oil change they came to my house, picked my car and left me another one (g70 though which is definitely smaller but that’s ok) than returned the same day. Also wanted to thank Jared for outstanding buying experience. He will not just sell you a car and forget about you. He will follow you up asking if you need anything or have any questions. This guy knows his business and I truly recommend him if somebody decides to buy a car from Genesis of Algonquin. Thank you guys for exceptional experience!

Hands down would come back to this dealership to buy a car. I had called at least a dozen other dealerships and want to about 9 others before we purchased a vehicle here. Any other dealership we went to either did not have the car we were looking for (Genesis GV70) or were attempting charge thousands of dollars over MSRP. That was not the case here. From the first time we contacted the dealership they were very nice and willing to help. Jared (our sales rep) worked to help us find the exact car we were looking for, down to the trim level and color, and walked us through the whole process. Jared and his team were happy to answer any questions we had and provided us an honest price for the car. After the awesome experience me and my wife had buying a car I would not go to another dealership for a car or service again.

Jonathan Muehl is incredible. Jon the salesman/manager is transparent and quick to respond. I was looking at several vehicles from a variety of brands. I found Jon to be the most responsive and transparent. It took a couple of months for me to make my decision. Jon never pushed me or said this offer is only good tonight etc! Many other sales people operate this way. I myself work in sales and respect a customers timeline and decision process. Jon understood the concept of model matching to my needs, goals and timeline. Fantastic experience. I normally would not drive 60-75 minutes to a dealership to purchase a car but Jon was the reason.

Really happy with the buying experience here. Straight answers, no surprises, and fair prices. What more can you ask for? Cole was super helpful throughout the process, would 100% deal with him again.

Mike Becker is an awesome sales person. I was looking to buy the Kona and he took a great of time to explain the different models to me. The Limited is the one I chose. At this time of dealers not having inventory, they were able to find 2 Konas on their lot, and I purchased one.
Jennifer Daley spent 1-1/2 hours with me going over the entire car and was helpful when I had to call back several times after I took possession of the car.
I would definitely recommend this dealership .. ask for Mike Becker.

I am from Wisconsin, and gave Jared a call to help me out. We worked together over the phone and were able to find me the exact G70 that I was looking for. Once he had it there, it was a quick and easy process to end up going home in the car just two days later. Jared was an absolute pleasure to work with and made my car buying experience a breeze. I bought my G70 Sport from Rosen Genesis and could not be happier. The car is by the far the best vehicle i have ever owned and i have owned a few "high line" vehicles. Rosen will give you the best car buying experience you could ask for. Mike Becker is not only a great car salesmen but also a genuinely great person who i highly recommend working with. The G70 was perfect inside and outside and Mike showed me how to use all the features and also gave me a USB cord as a gift. Finally i also have a G80 sport which was a fantastic experience and the reason i bought the G70 over the BMW/Audi/Mercedes. Exceptional from start to finish. I recently purchased a Genesis G80 from Rosen and my car buying experience was the best I've ever had. I never felt rushed or pressured and every one I worked with was patient and made me feel really comfortable.
