I have never had any problems at the Loyola Medical Group. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Darlene and Dr Michel are fantastic. The wait time was under 5 minutes. They were very compassionate and caring. They are never rushed and always return messages quickly. Always a great over all experience.

My experience was great from Justine at the front desk, to Erica the medical assistant, to Jennifer the x-ray tech and Dr. Killen himself. The visit was so positive and encouraging. I can't wait to put everything he suggested into action, they made me feel like, I CAN DO IT😊, so take your positivity and they will give their back.

I don’t know what everyone else’s issue is! I have 2 amazing doctors here! The only albatross this office has is an insensitive Dr by the name of Srivatsava (sp) that’s who you need to stay away from! The office staff here is nothing but nice, courteous, and efficient! Maybe it’s how some that gave bad reviews treat people! You get what you give.

Great doctors office with great staff and great doctors. The staff cares about the patients and their time. Highly recommended this office and it’s doctors based off my multiple visits, keep up the great work!

We just made a dry run out there today. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get there thanks to Google Maps.

I have been going to this place since I was a teenager. Back when it was Mac Neal by itself and not owned by Loyola. The doctors are not the problem. The problem is the incompetent administrative staff. I cannot stress the hour long wait times over the phone. Can't even reschedule my appointment or explain why my refill for my prescriptions were declined because no one knows and puts me on hold. I continue to have a terrible experience to the point where I will be looking for another doctor that is not connected to Loyola.

Ive been coming here for over 15 years i used to love Dr Rajni but since shes left the office has gone down hill. My last visit waited over an hour to find out they scheduled my Doctors appt as a nurses appt. Went in for an annual at 10:30, after a 2 hour wait come to find out they never checked me in and had to reschedule and wait yet another 2 weeks to see a Doctor. I work at a doctors office, I understand it get busy but they should also check on patients they see waiting instead of talking about what's for lunch.

2/19/24 update- tried giving this location another chance but nope. What's the point of checking in online the day before and having an appointment at 1:30 when it's been 40min past my appointment time and i haven't even been roomed yet.

If you like waiting 1.5 hours in the lobby just to wait another 30 minutes in a room, this place is for you.

In defiance of common sense and computer software, they double booked the time slot. Based on what I've heard from others, it sounds like they make a habit out of it.

The office staff including nurse Darlene are horrible. They have very bad patient service. They do not follow up with the patients regarding the doctor orders or patient care. To add, when you call they act as if you are bothering them and they rush you off the phone claiming to take messages that never get relaid. They do not care about the patients and I truly don’t want anyone like them to be a part of my healthcare team. I will be looking for a new doctor. Considering you spend little time with the doctor and more time with the nurse and office staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone for care!!!

I love my doctor...but nothing else. Staff doesn't call you back about anything. I have been trying to make an appointment with a specialist for 2 weeks..first wrong number on referral I waited 5 days for somebody to call me back with the correct number. Nobody ever called back with the right number I had an appointment today so I decided to try and take care of it while I was there.. They gave me the same referral told me the number was correct so I called the schedule the appointment and they tell me that I need a specific doctor's name on the referral So now I'm waiting for someone to call me back with a doctor's name hopefully it won't take another week. I also recently had blood tests done where nobody called me back with the results of my blood test. I needed to speak with the on call doctor on Sunday I called and nobody ever returned my call. So long story short I love my doctor but everything else at this particular doctor's office is very slack and nobody responds to anything. Do not expect anybody to call you back with any kind of information but you can expect to call them back and get no answers.

I am very disgusted with my new dr at this facility I was a long time patient of doctor Passovoy and unfortunately he surprised me a few months ago with his retirement! He knew my health inside and out! Now I have a doctor that has no empathy In her heart for all the painful conditions I have! My blood pressure has always been 114 but because she thinks she thinks better with taking my pain medication go down my blood pressure is now 160. Long and short I have found a new doctor! Copy my records so I can pick them up! Jan 31 2021. Let’s see how many days it takes for dr session to respond?

Although my doctor is fine, the administrative staff here is terrible. So much so that I am compelled to file a report with the State as this needs to be corrected immediately. I can understand that the medical field can be stressful and case loads anything short of outrageous but the receptionists and nurses are just plain rude. I've called on numerous occasions wanting to speak to my doctors nurses' aide (Nora) and only receive callbacks after I've called at least 3 or more times. Then, I'm rushed off the phone, as if I'm an inconvenience. This last time I called, she actually was speaking to me through the receptionist! I finally asked she actually get on the phone with me herself, to which the receptionist was extremely snippy and rude. It's the same receptionists, Virginia & Desiree, who just seem bothered by calls and don't really want to connect you through to the doctors office. I am a patient in need of assistance and it seems like I'm bothering everyone i come in contact with at this office. I just don't understand. Then I was ridiculed by Nora for wanting to contact the State of Illinois. It didn't even have to get this far if someone, anyone showed a little courtesy and took the time be speak to me, explain things and be professional and pleasant about it. I fought back tears after speaking to her today because I just don't understand. It should have never gotten to this point, with any of them, period.

Although I like my doctor, it is very difficult to call in, I have waited over an hour to contact someone every time i call, also hard to get prescription approval right people. people.

doctor was fourty minutes late and the office lady is rude. once i was in my check up room, the doctor didn’t come for over an hour. place is terrible.

doctors are nice but reception is so bad, they take forever to get back to you for something and wait time is terrible! usually over an hour every!
