Dino's Pizza & Pasta

This little pizza spot is great. Love the food and staff. This has to be on your must-have pizza restaurants in the far northwest suburbs.

Ordered Dino’s tonight . They nailed it, crust was thin and crispy, sauce was zesty, cooked perfectly. Honestly this will be my new place when ordering pizza. It’s so hard to find good pizza in the Algonquin area but this is it!!! 5 stars all the way!!

Ordered a pizza ahead of time via grubhub and they hadn't even received it yet (thats a grubhub problem), showed up at the time grubhub said and he got my pizza started right away despite not receiving the grubhub order yet. That is top tier customer service right there. Pizzas always come out tasty. I recommend a pan pizza with italian beef and hot peppers.

Ordered thru Grubhub and the owner delivered the food herself. That's dedication! Next time I won't use grubhub...GH doesn't derserve the fees they steal from this business!

Tonight we had the thin crust pepperoni with the Dino's bread and a cannoli. The cheese mix used for the pizza was a super tasty blend and the crust was nicely crispy around the edges. Overall we were very impressed. The bread was great, and the cannoli delicious. Going forward, this will be our go-to for pizza. And, if you want to try something new if you're in the area visiting, give it a shot! I can't believe I lived in the area for 30 years and hadn't tried it until recently! Best pizza in Lake In The Hills. Friendly staff too. I can't wait to try their sandwiches...

Delicious food, outgoing atmosphere, attentive staff and fun music to play. Over all clean and friendly. First time stopping in and we will return. Thank you.

My family owns a butcher shop/ deli just outside Chicago city limits and I love me a good samwich. I’ll say Dino’s has the best meatball sub I’ve had in northern Ill hands done and he actually cares about it. Eat his food. You won’t be disappointed

Best pizza place in the northwest suburbs. It's all about the dough. The wait staff are always friendly. Love the beer nuggets. The small family owned pizza places are always the best

First-timer here.

The pizza is everything you want in a tavern-style Chicago thin crust. Actually, you may not even know you want it this much. But, as they say, "if you know, you know". And I can triumphantly say that I now "know".

The crust is crunchy and well-leavened. It has air pockets distributed throughout, so it holds up while you eat, and even stays crunchy. The ratios of ingredients are spot on. Not too much or too little of anything. Also not too greasy. The sauce is homemade. And if it's actually not? Well they certainly have me fooled.

Not to be understated are the personalities of the employees. Are they family? Because they sound like they might be family. The guy who answered the phone was casual, very friendly, polite, and had a great sense of humor. They weren't super busy, so they actually delivered to me, even though we are a little bit outside their normal delivery area.

Great stuff all around, will most definitely be back. Likely multiple times. May even become a weekly customer.

I have an update on my original review. I didn't think things could go bad... and I was right! The pizza is just as good, or better, than the first time we tried it. Dino's hasn't just raised the bar, they've blown away the scale. I don't consider myself a pizza expert. I just eat a lot of pizza (usually from Dino's) and I believe that they are by far the best pizza around! If you haven't already tried it, do so! I encourage you to go in, see the owner (Dino?), play some slots and enjoy the pizza!

We tried Dino's for the first time last night and it was amazing! The sauce they make has a strong tomato flavor but is excellent when posted with the cheese used. The price is right where it should be.

We ordered one sausage pizza and one pepperoni pizza; I'm usually prefer pepperoni pizza but this sausage pizza was awesome! The pizza isn't overly greasy, it is still pizza after all.

Oh, and the mozzarella sticks... Amazing!

The short is, I don't know if I can eat pizza anywhere else without wishing it was Dino's pizza!

We've ordered pizza from here a few times now, and I think this will be our new go-to. I've been struggling to find good thin crust pizza lately that isn't overly doughy or super bland. Dino's is the exact opposite of those things. The crust is thin and crispy, and the flavors are excellent. Next we will be trying their deep-dish to see how that holds up.

I have been eating here since I was young, and I have always loved the pizza here, the owner and employees are very kind and are understanding. The food here has always been amazing, especially compared to anything like Dominos or Little Caesars, I highly recommend this place if you want good pizza or pasta.

I have been eating at Dino's since high school, their meatball sandwiches had me hooked from the beginning. 10 years later and still to this day Dino greets me with a warm welcome and some good conversation while I wait. You always know you get the most authentic Italian food when it is prepared by Dino.

Since the renovation and opening of the restaurant side, I have dined there a few times there and it makes Dino's that much better. The addition of the sit down restaurant allows you to get the freshest of food which makes it that much more enjoyable. From the atmosphere to the food, the beer to the slots, its a phenomenal place to bring the family for dinner.

We moved to the area a couple years ago and have been in search of a good pizza place ever since. We came from Addison, so the pizza out here is not the way it was out there, until we ordered from Dino's. Happy to say we found our new pizza joint and can't wait to try the other items on their menu!

Found by accident due to construction on Randall. A wonderful accident because this pizza is fantastic. Closest I been able to find compared to pizzas I've had in Chicago. Unfortunately don't deliver to West Dundee but definitely worth it

My family has been bringing home pizza on Fridays for 10 years. The new dining room adds with live music on Fridays adds a great dimension to enjoy pizza, appetizers and a cold beverage. Family owned, personal touch. I am blessed to have grown to call the family friends of mine. Dino’s beats the chain pizza places hands down.

We thought we would try a new pizza place and by chance we picked dinos. What a lucky choice we made. We ordered a large pizza and an order wings and a veggie basket. The pizza was awesome the wings were cooked to perfection and the cauliflower in the veggie basket was great. Kudos to Dino's. FYI I just threw away all the menus from all the other pizza places we go to

Groupon took me here twice. I don't really write reviews, but I feel like this place deserves a bit of effort on my part. I can't attest to many of the items on their menu since I didn't order a whole bunch, but one thing that they got right was pizza. They nailed the thin crust IMO. Thin, not greasy, cheesy, fresh toppings, not too saucy, good bake...perfect with a beer and a game to watch. It tasted like that really good pub pizza.

There is a pizza place on every corner, this one however is a bit tucked away off of a main road. If you want a pizza done right give these guys your $$$, you won't be disappointed.
