Stopped in today for my first haircut in months. Great atmosphere and attention to detail. Patrick does an awesome job listening to you, understanding what you want, then telling you how he's going to do it. The attention to detail he puts into his work is amazing and the atmosphere of the barbershop is very nice and relaxed. I heavily recommend this place.

I've been coming to Pat for awhile. Best fade in the Dundee area. He always hooks me up with the best cut. I can choose to go to any barber but I travel from Crystal Lake to Dundee because I can't find a better barber. I literally wont let anyone else cut my hair. I highly recommend. I'm very specific with my cut, and Pat comes through every time.

My son and myself have been coming here twice a month for the past year. We are never disappointed with the service. Patrick does an incredible job on the haircuts and beard trimming. I have yet to experience anyone better.
My kid and myself love the old school chairs and the vibe the place throws off.

The gentleman’s refinery is hands down my one and only barbershop of choice. Don’t go no where else, I live 2 towns from the location and always make the drive. Great haircuts totally recommend to anyone wanting a true barbershop experience sure to suffice to everyone’s needs

I stopped in today for the first time and am very impressed!! Patrick did a great job. My hair is very difficult to cut due to its texture and thickness but he had no problem cutting it exactly how I asked. The price is also great compared to most barbershops today!!! You guys have yourselves a new regular!!!

Patrick has a lot experience. He manage my haircut which is particularly difficult for the most barbers. However, his technique and skills has satisfied me in all my visits there.

Thiis baber shop is for only real man. If you are kind of sensible ask you mom for a haircut.

Honestly best hair cut around, better than Famous fades! And you can get pretty easy same day in a timely fashion if if you could schedule but not only can he fade you up perfect but he also knows how to use a pair of scissors an he dose not rush threw your hair cut best haircut ive had in years glad i found a knew barber in the neighborhood!!! One more thing I forgot to add FREE HAND his free hand is RAW it’s kinda hard to do but he’s a beast, I never know when I will have time to get my hair cut because of work but he always get me in with in an hour or so if I call out the blue in the AM. Thank You bro I really appreciate you. Appointments are recommended but he always looks out. 😇🙏

Patrick has been cutting my hair for awhile. I'm loyal to those that do a great job. And Patrick does an excellent job with my hair and beard. To the person that said he didn't wear a mask...did you ask him why? Patrick has terrible asthma. Ask a question before you give a hard working, good guy, a one star rating. Patrick did a wonderful job. He is very thorough with haircuts and pays great attention to small details. This was my first visit to the barber shop and I explained my preferences and Patrick was very professional and provided quality service. I Highly recommend this shop. Been searching for a good barber for awhile now. I have to say, Patrick is an awesome barber. Takes his time, doesn’t rush and makes sure you’re satisfied with the hair cut. The place is immaculate as far as cleanliness and everything has its place. I can surely say I’ll be a repeat customer.
