My laptop that I use for photography totally broke on its own! All 6 chassis. It was just sitting and broke. I called and brought it into We Are Computers. The owner said he had never seen anything like it that it was 💯 a factory defect. While I was in there stressed out about my work laptop my son puked all over. The owner was so kind and sweet about it. I came back later to pick up my laptop. He said it was so broken it wasn’t worth fixing BUT to reach out to the company, HP. He took the time to explain everything to me and allowed me to write it all down so I could contact HP. Upon contacting that company they actually had me send it in and I got a new laptop! All because We Are Computers was able to give me the tools to explain to them exactly what had happened. I will 💯 be using them again. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. 5 stars and I’ll never go anywhere else for repair or setup!

Awesome Experience! Cory is so knowledgeable but explains things in layman terms! His rates are so reasonable and truly cares about his customers! The little "extras" in advice and info he shares is priceless! I'll never go anywhere else!

Corey was amazing! Called him at 9:30 am and had my laptop back at home, fixed, updated and new software by 4pm. IT WORKS GREAT! And, he's going to clean up and update another old laptop we have at home.
I was told by another repair company in town that they could send me info on new computers bc mine could not be fixed. This is w/o even looking at it.
So glad I called Corey !

Guy who works here is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things! Cares a lot about making sure his customers don't break the bank on repairs if it's worth more to get a new computer, and I deeply appreciate it.

Very friendly and quick service. Only took him a couple hours to fix my computer and didn't even charge me since it was so easy. I'll be coming to him in the future for sure.

Had issue with my laptop. Dropped it off in the morning. He had it diagnosed, replaced bad chip, cleaned computer and operating system by afternoon! Excellent job!! Recommended!
