The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They let me know when I can get a better deal and I really appreciate that. Also Jessica turned me onto formula 420.

I had a great time seeing the old crew! Chris was quick to check my ID and check me in. Jake helped with the sale 2 grams of crumble for $60! Paige helped cash out my transaction and It was nice to see you Girl!!! I also seen John doing a great job as always!

*** UPDATE*** Jerry Ann greeted me promptly at 9am with an open door and a friendly hello .It's apparent everyone loves their job and is happy. Ashley and Erica were absolutely the best and helped me for the majority of my stay in the area! I will be back and look forward to my next visit with everyone . See you all around Christmas.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes there's a line but it moves swiftly. I can't complain about the prices as those are mostly governed by the state but the sale prices here are the way to go. I would like to mention I've been back home for a week and have went to many stores with much disappointment, this establishment seems to be The shining light of Ottawa a friendly helpful staff. All the other businesses in the area should look to you guys as a model for customer service. In my opinion in my opinion everyone at this establishment deserves some kind of bonus for doing good work and being friendly I want to thank you guys for making at least this portion of my visit pleasant 💕

Paige was very helpful and made sure to give me the best deals they had! She took her time, recommended product, and had me in and out in no time. I was able to get all of the product and was provided excellent customer service.

The Verilife staff feels like family to me. They know me by name (Henry, not Mo lol) and are genuinely friendly. Paige and Erica (Hi Paige! Hi Erica!) are two of my favorite staff, but honestly I like them all. I must give a mention to Ashley, who is a truly remarkable human being. As a veteran and VIP participant, I am saving lots of money and always getting a superior product. 😌 I "high"ly recommend enrolling in the VIP program and getting a canvas tote to get $5 off when you bring it in.

Verilife is amazing, Ashley has helped me several times now, and she always has the answers to my questions and makes the process of getting what I need very simple and easy.

I dont get to come in often but every time I leave I feel pretty happy about what I got when I leave. Last few times Nolan has rung me up and he always is helpful, explaining different products and strains and stuff that help me make decisions, and always really chiil. This location has a good atmosphere every time I come in.
