La-Mexicana

I know this place personally. Great service! Convenient location! They even have Filipino food! Enrique and Sarah are the owners, and they are always willing to lend a helping hand! Also, they sell the best quality avocados you can buy! No other store comes close to the quality! They also serve hot food on Saturday and Sundays. Update...the noe sell green chorizo yummm! Same great quality taste and service. Still we now everyone has there preference but this place is great!!!

Finally stopped in here after moving to Ottawa and looking for a Mexican grocery store. While small and limited, they do have a good selection. Also fresh food cooked here!
Only thing I disliked was that there weren't price tags up on every item or shelf so there were items I chose not to buy assuming they would be cheaper at another store (toilet paper for example). Otherwise I may have not bothered going anywhere else for what I needed.

LA mexicana has some really kind people working there, I think they may even be the owners. This is my go-to for the Mexican cuisine my husband and I make at home. Also, get the homemade salsa!!!

I love this store. All produce is fresh, really good meat and everything to make an excellent meal. Friendly owners/workers as well. My son likes all the diff candies he gets frm here

Great service and quality products. They sell food on weekends and the carnitas and taquitos are always good tasting 👍🏽. I always get the lumbre gummies w chamoy … ohh boy 👌🏽. If you need something come to the mexicana homie

Great place with great people but should really update their operating hours on google. How do you close at 2pm but your hours say 7pm smh

My absolute favorite restaurant. It has genuine recipes and the owners are very friendly and take customer satisfaction seriously. They aren't too expensive and almost never have a lengthy wait.

This place is a gem. Great produce, great selection of products for both Mexican and Asian cuisine, and great prices. Unbeatable really. Plua they serve yummy food on the weekends. Shop here!

I am a frequent customer. Homemade foods are a thumbs up. I highly recommend stopping by to check this family run store.

Stop here for corn shells, pico, and guacamole. Pico and guacamole are made here and they also have great tamales. Prices are good and they have a helpful staff.

I just discovered the store, obviously Mexican is my favorite, but seems like a friendly environment, they have a mini restaurant connected can't wait till that's open and a deli shop 😊
