As a small business owner I’m always looking for other business owners who meet our in quality and service in customization. I am so happy to say that we finally found the folks that will be always putting our name on ALL our gear no matter what it is lol. These guys are the best! If you have a jacket or shirt or sweater that you want to customize even if it’s old these guys will help you out!

It is a great place to get uniforms! They have lots of brands and styles! They have fitting rooms! You can buy different sizes tops and bottoms!

Literally my favorite place to get scrubs! I always find what I need, the prices are AMAZING!! Would recommend to anyone!!

I had so much fun picking out and trying on uniform pieces. There are so many options, fabrics and colors. The owner is delightful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else but the Carpentersville IL Uniform Outlet.

I was greeted right away and was offered great advice. I had no idea there were so many options for scrubs but I had a great guide. The service was wonderful and we ordered the sizes and colors I needed for the items that they were out of at the moment. Very possitive experience. I never would have known they were there or would have expected such great service. I will be going back next time I'm in need!

AMAZING staff and great selection. I am not a huge fan of wearing scrubs however a new job requires them for part of my workload. Went into Uniform Outlet and they went above and beyond in finding me the best fitting and most comfortable pair of scrubs. Staff is extremely knowledgeable in their products and spend a great deal of time with you to make sure your questions as answered and finding the perfect set of scrubs for you. Would highly recommend and will for sure go back if I need more scrubs in the future.

Michelle and her staff are amazing! They provide great customer service and always go above and beyond. I have been coming to this store for years to find scrubs for my health care jobs. Thank you for all the help and great store plenty of variety.

I wish every shopping experience were as pleasant and productive as this one was! Debbie (the owner?) was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. She picked out several options for me and got my fitting room set up within minutes of my arrival. She said that she does custom orders for free and was willing to offer advice on caring for her products, as well. All-around outstanding customer service!

I don't post a lot of reviews but after going to this store I absolutely had to. I saw that the store was closing in 10 minutes and I was 7 minutes away so I called and asked if they would stay open. Michelle answered the phone and told me not to worry she'll be there. When I got to the store Michelle was super accommodating and Friendly. I ended up leaving 30 minutes after the store was already closed. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. I will definitely be coming back here. That's real customer service right there. Thanks Michelle :) Oh I was also very impressed with all the selections of uniforms they had. I love my new attire for work! Very comfy and affordable!! Great store.

Owner and staff are AMAZING! I drive quite a bit out of my way to shop here because of their fabulous customer service and appreciation not to mention far better selection of scrubs than ANYWHERE near me (Oakwood Hills area) that I've found- and I've driven tons of places!! The also provide embroidery! Love, Love, Love this place!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Uniform Outlet. Adrianna was extremely helpful and accommodating. They had a very wide variety of scrubs especially in olive for Sherman nurses! I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy scrubs or other nursing gear.

The service in this store is above and beyond!! I couldn't be more pleased with my scrub purchase!!! The people in this store are so educational and know which scrubs and material best fit your body and work performance. They have a lot of brands that you can mostly only get online so I was happy to be able to walk in and feel materials and try on certain styles and colors. I drive an hour just to buy my scrubs here!! I highly recommend this place if you want a good reliable scrub store and wonderful service!!!!

Excellent customer service! The owner was so helpful, I was searching for uniforms for myself and co-workers and did not have clear vision of what exactly I wanted. She made a great recommendation and sent samples with me that we could try on!

Don't go anywhere else, you will get the best customer service from the owners and they will treat you great! They helped us find great lab coats for my staff and did an excellent job on the embroidery as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Store owners really care about getting the right fit for her costumers. They take time and help their costumers and they always have scrubs on sale with super low price. I love going there and would recommend this store to anyone .

Adrianna was a very kind and helpful worker, without her there I would have got into an altercation with my mother over her not wanting to shop and help me. Instead of having WW3 Adrianna was able to help assist me by bringing me different scrubs to try on. I am extremely thankful for her. Went over to buy a gift card for uniforms for a friend of mine . The lady there was so pleasant and professional, the prices and styles are nice. Will be back for myself! ;)
