I'm always able to find such great deals here, even when I'm not looking for anything in particular. They have name-brand items at a fraction of the regular price. They also have all the newest trends in clothes and accessories!!

Wow.
I have been going to Ross for a very long time, and never have I had an experience like I did today. Joselyn was SPECTACULAR. I recently am rebuilding my life and decorating my new space and she was so helpful with making me make up my mind on a few things. She just seems like a joy to be around and I very much appreciate great customer service especially coming up on the holidays.

This is my 3rd time coming here, and I ALWAYS end up walking away with items either my fiancée has found, or that I have.

Great staff and a wonderful selection of cloths and other various items. It is always an adventure seeing what they have in stock. While there are times I may not walk out with anything, the enjoyable atmosphere makes it feel like I did not waste my time going there.

Love this place perfectly priced

Most of the time Ross is just Ross, but this place is a little better. They apparently have some nice people working there. There was a nice lady, I think her name is Lisa who helped me while I was in the store. Most of the time, I am in and out and I rarely notice employees but this lady was polite, courteous and genuinely interested in helping me. The world needs more people like this, retail needs more people like this and I am glad that she brightened my day.

This is the cleanest & most organized Ross store I've shopped. Nice selection and amazingly great prices. Sales associates were friendly & my cashier was very efficient. Great shopping experience today. I will be shopping here again.

I have always loved Ross stores. I get the vast majority of my clothing and home decor there. The prices are always low and the clothing is always really good quality. I also like that there is a plus size section. Big oversized sweaters are my favorite. And I already wear an extra large myself.

Had not been in for awhile. Found a nice spoon rest and all white gym shoes which have been hard to find. Levi's brand. Good quality and price.

Great selections, great prices

The Ross in Gurnee is closer to me but if rather make the drive to this location. Cleaner, organized and better selection. The employees are nice. Always great prices too!

I always find way more than I need. I do wish they'd reopen the back dressing rooms. But I'm always satisfied.

I love shopping at Ross there prices are reasonable for most everything I was looking for kind sheets for a Gift and they had plenty of them to choose from at great price I've been looking at plenty of places and have had no luck with the price I got today at those deals I will continue to shop there I also noticed that all there prices are reasonable year around great for Christmas shopping and just to shop for your place or for your self enjoy your shopping at Ross!!

Some Food, Bedding, Bathrm Rugs, Frames, Purses, Cat Items, Dog Items, etc...
Example. Bought a cold Dog mat for Summer.. Usually 25.00..
I got it there for Only $ 5.00...
Bought some tops....
Were 6.99 to 11.99....
Bought a heart shape frame...
For 4.00 ( very nice ).

Great prices, they have great name brand items, you can find some really nice affordable things here, ots always clean and everyones very helpful and nice

The employees and management are always genuine and pleasant regardless of how busy they are. This is also the most orderly and organized Ross that I’ve been to thus far.

We have many times found what we are looking. It has been many pleasant surprises. It is one of the few places I shop now.
